Review of 333 Palace
333 Palace Casino was founded in 2013, and is owned by Hermes Gateway Limited, Malta. The casino is licensed in Curacao, and offers games from several providers, including Net Entertainment, Leander Games, NextGen Games, 1x2 Gaming, B3W, Global Gaming Labs, and Ezugi. The casino offers a pretty diverse gaming library and has a simple but effective banking system that pays out, even if it is slower than some of the elite casinos out there.
Software and games selection
All games at 333 Palace are playable directly in your web browser window, and there is no extra software to download or install. I was particularly impressed with the large selection of games and the layout is decent enough, consisting of a standard grid list of game title images. Games are divided by tabs into generic categories such as Slot Machines, Table Games, Video Poker, Lottery Games and Virtual Sports. Along with a search box with instant results, the slots section has some useful extra filtering abilities that allow you to easily find games with similar themes or features (think "9 line fantasy themed games"). All in all, the site reflects the casino's generic sounding name and ends up being basic but effective.
There are hundreds of games at this casino, including some of the best slots on the market today. Some of the new releases included The Invisible Man, Steam Tower, Tornado, and South Park Reel Chaos. There are a small number of progressive jackpot slot machines, but with that being said, I would have been a bit more impressed if 333 Palace offered the big pooled progressives like Mega Fortune and Arabian Nights. Instead, the casino seems to offer smaller local jackpot prizes, with the largest one I saw available being the Tiki Wonders jackpot worth just a tad over $39k at the time of writing this.
I was impressed by the live dealer casino and live games such as bingo, which actually held my attention a bit longer than the table games thanks to the high production quality. One game that was new to me on the live tables was Bet On Poker. It is similar to a couple of computer generated games that I have seen in the past where a dealer deals out several Texas Hold'em poker hands at a table and you can place bets on which seat you think will win the hand.
Banking and customer support
The banking system at 333 Palace Casino offers a good core set of deposit and withdrawal services using most major credit cards and e-wallets. Unfortunately the payment speed is nothing to write home about, with withdrawals held reversible for a couple of days before being processed, which then takes another couple of days to come through, even via an e-wallet like Neteller or Skrill. There are withdrawal limits at this casino that are comparatively low for a Net Entertainment casino. A €1200 per day, €5000 per week, and €15,000 per month limitation may give pause to those of you with larger bankrolls.
Customer support is adequate, as they offer assistance via telephone, email, and live chat from 8am to midnight CET. The telephone support works via a call back system where you leave your number and a support rep contacts you. I quite like the way that works as it saves me money on potential long distance calls. As usual, I would have preferred to see the reps available 24 hours a day, but I did find the reps to be knowledgeable and helpful when I messaged them.
Security and fairness
Before withdrawing you will have to verify your account and the site is quite helpful in that regard. It features a page that shows examples of identification documents with clear and explicit instructions on what to show and what to cover up to protect yourself. Unfortunately this is all let down by the requirement that you then email the documents through to the cashier, rather than providing a secure upload facility. Communication with the banking system at the casino, however, is encrypted using a SSL connection, so you can be confident that your transactions with the casino are safe. In terms of fairness and auditing, 333 Palace does not publish any payout percentages apart from the games, such as those from Net Entertainment, that have them built in to their help files. Neither does it offer players any responsible gambling controls over such things as deposit or wager limits, or self exclusion. The site advises players who wish to set limits to contact customer support.
333 Palace Casino is an online casino that has no-nosense looks, a good game selection, and a decent banking system that is reliable but slower than much of the competition. That said, there is very little about the casino that marks it out as exceptional or better than the many other sites that offer comparable games. The bottom line is that this is a good, but not great online casino.
