At 21 nova casino I tried customer support couple of times, because of their bonus offers I received through email but it's wasn't very clear if it came from them so i had to contact support, And my experience is not good at all, few times I waited for something like 20 minutes till agent come online to help me, and when you enter your issue they say hold for a moment please, once i even waited total of 33 minutes before an agent came back after say please wait a moment, a moment is not 33 minutes! also there bonus offers are terrible, sometimes they have very bad bonus rules, or maximum cashout putted on it while not stated in this email offer! also lot of withdrawals are delayed heavily! weeks i waited for small withdrawal, keep telling me tomorrow you get it, and next day they told me this and day after this also so i lost faith in them, and forgot a bit about it, and 3 weeks later i received an email from skrill funds received, from 21 nova i was shocked about this, without no further contact they let you wait 3 weeks, ridiculous! never that i play there anymore, very poor service and WHG group also have a very poor reputation with loads of complaints against them, so my case isn't so special.

What a drama I have had withdrawing my winnings. 4 working days to process then another 4-7 working days to pay to a debit card !!! I have no comment on what happened with the woman and her jackpot , not for me to say but as a new player at this casino that claim their 320 % opening bonus I found this casino good , games played great with no restrictions on slots ( I like to play slots ) and after reading the T&C ......... I had no problems meeting the play through and it's so low anyway , I cashed out 420.00 into my instadebit account and had no problems , support was great but slow ... no complaints from me .

Okay, I have published a few reviews that are positively to cPays Group operated casinos, but this one is completely different and I am happy that finally a casino, where I will strongly agree with casino listings' official review statements 🙂
This casino is providing Playtech online casino software, which is not my most favorite one, but certainly fits into my top 5 (one more reason to hate this casino, they make bad reputation to one well software 😀. Off topic - I laugh loudly about their legal dispute with 32Red, which they lost without chances (of course, faking a casino like that by this zero ? 😀 ). I remember my almost biggest mistake ever in online gambling, signing up here at this casino and the depositing was probably my most lifetime fail ever ( 🙂 ). I deposited around 20$ but as I got over 100$, the slots got COLD as fridge and I decided to withdraw. I contacted live chat and they - listen - voided my balance ! without telling me why (i must ask) and then they explained few breaching of T&C (NOT truthful, i have not breached anything). I was so angry that I wanted to contact a gambling commision or anything, but then realized the disputed amount and also that they would not probably be interested in a cause about that low amount. So I CLOSED this casino forever !

you know probably my opinion about this group, or no. first of all, why WH should pay? I believe past owners simply take money from jackpot win and goes to some island to live long and without troubles, even for WH 4kk$ is not so little money, no reasons to pay, if only they want to take some really great reputation...I played a lot in this group, and i never had any single trouble, never, any problem, everything perfect.They very popular on russian markets spending tons of money on marketing and i never see complaint on our russian forums from anyone about any of their brand. Pending period 4 days is suck, really, but weekends also counted, and moreover after pending done, they never stall payment, never, always after hour or two after ending period money on skrill or webmoney. They not the best playtech, but definetely one of the most safe for me.

One thing we did not make clear in the review (and now we have) is that this casino was part of a group that ripped off a woman who won $4 million on the Beach Life progressive jackpot. William Hill subsequently bought them out and refuses to pay her what she is owed, so they are staying blacklisted here until they do - i.e. forever.

Hello. 21nova casino is a part of william hill group of casinos, all of them powered by playtech software. First of all, i see that they rogue here, but this group probably the most popular playtech group of casinos across russian markets, and you can find a lot of promoting from them on russian sites. I am also i player there, and i can not say anything bad about them. I made there many deposits and they always ok for me. Live support is helpful and always online, they sent out bonuses on my email, also if you have lost your deposit, usually they give you 5-20$ on your account as a free cash, and you can do everything with it if you want. Withdrawals took 4 days, due to pending period of 4 days, but good thing that weekends also a part of this pending period, so you never wait more than 5 days for ewallet cashout. Really, for about 3 years of playing there, i did not have any complaints.
