Problem with Black Diamond Casino?
Has anyone been having problems getting paid from Black Diamond Casino? I have been asking for a withdrawal of $700 for the past two weeks and each time the request was denied and they restored the money into the account. For the past two denials they claimed that they have not received the credit card voucher, which is basically the credit card agreement.
The problem is that I sent it to them three times already. I even sent them not only theirs but also the one that I have with slotocash and uptown aces. The other problem is that they never tell you initially what the status of the withdrawal request is. First, you make a request, then you wait several days. If you see the money back in your account, that means it is denied. That what has been happening to me. I never encountered verification problems like this before at any other casinos that I have played at.
I only tried them because they are part of the group that owns slotocash and uptown aces and I am verified with both. Now I am beginning to question whether I should continue playing there because they are wasting my time.
