Well here I go agin with Club World group.... Waiting for a ACH from Feb 29 They claim "we had a problem with the ACH's on Feb 29th we will fix them today or tomorrow thios has been five days and no money yet Alo waiting for ACH from Club world over ten days now too. Why is it that it takes so long to get your money back but they can clear a deposit immediatley?

I lost over $1000 ACH to Club Worl over a yera ago They claim that the ACH was sent out never cleared into my bank but was also never returned so I was out of lluck I should have quit with these guys back then

Sounds like you're in the USA generaljam. Sadly that is the state of affairs US players have to deal with due to the uncertainty created by the UIGEA legislation. It can be difficult for casinos to pay players with US bank accounts because the banks are actively trying to block gambling-related transactions. It has turned into a game of cat and mouse with gambling sites attempting to disguise the transactions as something non gambling related. So from time to time you will see delays and payment blocks. There is not a lot you can do at the moment unless you want to move to Canada!

The reason it is easier to deposit is that the deposits are going to accounts that are not in the USA and hence are not blocked unless the US credit card company knows or suspects they are for gambling. This can be hard for them to determine if you're making what looks like a one-off online purchase.

As far as the Club World group goes, there aren't a lot around that are better than them for US players at the moment. I understand your frustration but in my experience these guys are honest and will pay you as soon as is possible.

Best of luck to you in this matter, generaljim.

I can tell you from experience that I have done two withdrawal requests from Club World (one about a year ago, and the other last July) that ended up being paid. My first transaction took longer than I would have wanted, but the second was there within about a week.

I can see where you would think they are giving you the runaround, but the vast majority of people I have seen online believe that Club World is the best option we have at the moment for an online casino (myself included).

As Americans we are getting the royal shaft in regards to online gambling, and getting financial transactions approved to a US bank is a difficult thing for casinos to get completed. It is possible that their transactions got denied and that they are trying to find a way to get them completed.

I know your situation is bad, and I definitely feel bad for you. It isn't easy waiting on an out of country casino to get you YOUR money, especially when they have little to no repercussions for not paying you. If you think you have it bad, you should talk to dogfather on our forums who hit a $90,000+ jackpot on Lock. He had to go through all sorts of hoops in order to start getting paid, and that is even in small increments.

My advice would be to have faith that it will all work out. Everything I have read and experienced about Club World is that they WILL pay. It just is taking a lot longer than you would like.

Hello again group!
By the way it appears as though all of a sudden you can not email Club World My emails are comming back undeliverable and they no longer list an email address on any of their sites. I have even tried to send them an email on a forward return of one of their emails

Maybe somthig is up?

Good Morning Now I told that the management is working hard on the problem but they are gone for the weekend HMMM thats not working that hard apparently...I am assured I will have my money next week....How can thay get away with this? Hey General - I edited out your email address from your chat transcript above, better to keep it private.

While I am sticking to what I said - i.e. that they are not trying to rip you off - I will concede that you made some good points in your 2nd chat. Its never good to over-promise and then under-deliver. If they tell you a payment is coming tomorrow - or whatever day - it damn well better arrive by then. If they were up front and said they were having problems with their processor and it might take a week or so then you would be more understanding.

I'll send them an email and see if can find out what is happening. My guess is they may have been forced to find a new way to send ACH transfers - i.e. through a different payment processor or bank accounts.

Hey General, just so you know.. you're not alone. I've also been waiting on two missing ACH withdrawals from March 1st. One of those withdrawals was resent changed to wire this past Monday but I haven't received that yet and I should have if everything was ok. Trust me, no one is more frustrated and at my wit's end about this then me. But not because I think they're doing this on purpose, because I don't. I believe 100% in this group's integrity and we will get paid. I've played with them and have also been an affiliate with them for many years now... they're good for it. It just SUCKS big time waiting for them to sort this out. Grrr...

By the way, Club World's email is working fine. I haven't had any trouble emailing them at all. What email address are you having trouble sending to? Or is it ok now?

They have removed the customer support email

As a update Still no Money I am told that the processor lost the money and they need to find it LOL!!!
They will get back with me next week I bet!
Think how absurd this is....If I loan somebody $20.00 and they loose it do they still owe me OF COURSE

This is the exact same thing they did to me last year to the tune of $1200.00 They claim the processor sent the money out, it never got to my account so I lost the money. This web page should really change the rating for US Players. I have been with Club World for over five years and in the last 15 months the winnings have stopped and the pay out have not been consistant.. I urge all players to stay away from this site until they get more relaible again

There should be a payment trail if the processor sent the payment last year. Club World needs to prove it sent it. You shouldn't lose the money if you never received it. Good luck on getting paid. I will be watching with interest.

I would have figured that ACH transactions would be easier for them to process. Wonder why they are having such difficulties.
