Party Gaming licensed to use Terminator and Rambo themes on Internet slots

Classic Arnold poseThe growing trend among online gambling game developers to use famous movies to theme video slots continued this week with an announcement from Party Gaming that it has secured an exclusive four-year licence to create online games based on the international blockbusters The Terminator and the original Rambo series.

The announcement follows the company's successful launch of Mission:Impossible and Saturday Night Fever slots and the pending roll-out of The Godfather and Top Gun games. The addition of two of the most popular action movies of all time will further enhance the appeal of Party Casino, with the first of the two new slots expected to launch soon.

Jim Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of PartyGaming said: “Creating unique and exclusive themed content is a key element of our strategy, because the power of popular international brands and their ability to add substantial value to our game portfolio is clear.

"We plan to licence more brands over the coming months to improve further the quality and range of our games and keep ahead of our competitors. Terminator and Rambo will be an exciting addition to our expanding suite of games, providing PartyCasino.com’s customers with more great fun and entertainment.”

Studiocanal, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Canal+ Group, owns the licensing rights to both The Terminator and the original Rambo movies.
