Delaware Online Gambling Numbers Drop Yet Again

The state of Delaware has revealed its online gambling numbers for the month of December, noting that revenues fell 4.5% from November.

December's gaming revenues were $169,606, with just 256 players registering for the month. Online poker generated just $28,589 for the month, marking the lowest number since online betting launched in 2013. When compared to the same period in 2013, December's poker revenues were down a staggering 73%.

Delaware's gaming numbers have continued to struggle since launch due to a low population. It seems that the state's gambling industry are going to be pinned on shared player pools, which would combine Delaware's players with another state with legal online betting such as New Jersey or Nevada.
