Betsoft Progressive Jackpots

On this page we used to list various jackpots available at casinos that offer games from Betsoft. However after a lengthy investigation into these jackpots and the poor conduct of Betsoft in a case involving a player that was robbed of a legitimate progressive jackpot win, we stopped tracking them in 2016. We do not believe that the jackpots offered by Betsoft games are fair, or even winnable at all times, and we advise all players to steer clear of them.

Warning: avoid Betsoft progressive jackpot games

We have a current warning in place against playing on any Betsoft game due to serious concerns we have about both the software's fairness and Betsoft's professionalism. As detailed in the linked article, our jackpot tracker has documented inconsistencies with the jackpots between casinos and coin sizes, such that it appears that some jackpots cannot possibly be won.

In addition, Betsoft has refused to pay a player a million coin progressive jackpot that he won on a slot called The Glam Life because, according to them, he hit the jackpot combination during a free spins round which supposedly doesn't qualify for winning the jackpot. This was not documented in the game or anywhere else at the time, though Betsoft has since changed the paytable to state this after the event. As things stand, you cannot trust Betsoft's games to be fair and you cannot trust Betsoft to pay you if you win one of these jackpots.

Betsoft jackpots information

Betsoft supplies a variety of casino games to online casinos around the internet, but they are best known for their faux-3d styled slot machines. Several of these games have progressive jackpot meters attached to them and they are of particular interest to low rollers. That is because each game with a jackpot maintains a separate meter for each coin size in the game, which means players of all budgets can qualify to win the jackpot so long as they wager the maximum number of coins per line. Another interesting contrast to progressive jackpots offered by other online casino suppliers is that each jackpot is localised to each casino offering the game, and therefore none are pooled between multiple casinos.

There is, of course, a major disadvantage that comes with such a system. The localised and coin-size specific jackpots are typically smaller than you would expect to find at other online casinos due to the lesser number of players contributing to each jackpot in such a segmented set. Whether you may view this as actually a kind of advantage, due to the implication that one does not have to put as much on the line to strike it big, is up to you.
