Notification for USA and/or Canadian Accepted Sites

Would it be possible to put a notifier or some kind of tag to let members know whether the site accepts US and/or Canadian players before having to open the post to find out? Also within the post itself would be nice too - preventing players having to download the site first and registering only to find out that they are not allowed to play there.

We already do that.. e.g:
32 Red Casino Review - look at top right of the review just to the right of our star rating
Best casino sign-up bonuses - notice the column containing US flags in the bonus list table

If you click the little USA flag at the very top of the site you can enable or disable US-mode (it should get set automatically for you if you have a US IP address). When it is selected, all the bonus lists will only show casinos that accept US players and other pages like the home page also filter out non-US casinos.

Or did you mean something else?

Sorry...i did mean something else...nevertheless it was still good to know...nice feature!

what i meant was for the exlusive bonus threads..for instance, the thread for an exclusive bonus at Rockbet. i may not know that this is a rival-powered casino that doesn't accept Canadians...and I will click to view the post...and still without any indication i would proceed to download which only then can see it is rival-powered.

Aaah ok fair point - we will try to provide that information in future.

As for the flags, I agree that it would be very useful to auto-detect your country and provide advice on whether a casino will accept you - even better if it showed you if a casino spoke your language when its not English.... But its a huge job to add them as it requires us to trawl through the terms and conditions for every casino because we don't have staff from every country (it is hard to stay on top of just the USA) - and a lot of the casinos don't even give accurate information.

Rockbet is a good example - I've taken another look at their website and as far as I could see there is no mention anywhere of them not accepting Canadians (or players from any other country for that matter). All they mention is larger wagering requirements on bonuses for a handful of countries (which we note on our review page). And if you look at their support page it even has a toll free number for Canadians to call, which is strange given that I know as you do that all Rivals stopped accepting Canadians a few months back. Its probably an oversight, but you can see this sort of thing makes our jobs harder!

So definitely not saying no to the request - it's a great idea - just don't expect it in a hurry!
