Party City casino - waiting months for a withdrawal

Hi all, first post. I am having an issue with a so - called "Rogue" casino - party city.
I made a withdrawal on 25 december and it was approved on the 4th of January. I know it was xmas and probably more public holidays, but it seems an awful long time to wait. Same old spiel - 7-10 days. I know it has been fully processed and they have my money and have had it for about two weeks, withdrawal customer service rep informed me. It seems I will be paid at their discretion and if you question it too much , you are met with shortness and sarcasm. I can see now, that maybe I was a bit naive in not checking out this casino, but I am new to this and this is my first ever withdrawal, not to be my last - but you live and learn.

Thomas, yes sorry you've run into one of the foulest bunches of casinos around - the infamous Virtual Casino group. However you may have some success by contacting an employee named Marty Davis who has helped some people get paid by this group recently.

Blush Thanks, I saw the information in the rogue site listing, but I thought Marty was a woman, so I hope he is not offended. Thanks - it obviously really pays to check out the casinos first. I liked their slots and their bonuses, but it comes with a cost.
