Winpalace - slow payment

6 replies • Last post

I just found this site a couple weeks ago. (Wish I found it sooner) I started playing winpalace and was really enjoying their site. I was winning a pretty decent sum and decided to cash out, but the withdrawal process is pure torture. They say your cash out limit is $3000.00, but they can choose to pay you whatever they like. The first time I was only paid $700 of the $3000, with no reason given. Once they pay you, you have to restart the withdrawal process again. (which takes another 5-10 business days) So I start the process over and a week later they paid me another $700.00. At this rate it will be next year before I am fully cashed out. They are now holding onto the last $2300.00 (2 days away from being past 10 days) and saying that it is within their right to pay me how much and whenever they want. I will never play them again, nor any other Costa Rica casino. I just wanted to fair warn you guys, since I know the review on here has been somewhat decent for them.

Thanks for the heads-up mowood. This pretty much confirms our fears about them which we expressed in our review.

Its one thing to set a $3000 per week payout rule, which immediately sends out the signal that they don't have much money. But then they don't even have the good grace to pay the full amount? Ridiculous.

The only good I can see in this is that they are in fact paying you. Please keep us updated on how it goes.

In the meantime I have added a reference to this thread to our review and knocked half a star off their rating.

I have also emailed them to see if I can help speed things up for you.

Appreciate the help. Will keep you up speed on their response(if indeed there is one). Prior emails to their finance department have been met with silence or cut and paste responses from their rules book. I have played at many other sites but have never encountered such shoddy service. Keep up the great work. We players need an advocate like yourself.

*Just wanted to update* So apparently the first two withdrawals were a oversight. I was not allowed to use "use my wallet" for a withdrawal since I did'nt use it for a deposit yet, so I have had to redo the whole thing.

Still nothing from them. I would be very careful with this casino. Thanks for trying Ed.
