Hello. I just recently was ripped off by The Virtual Casino. I had a no-deposit chip and I won money and they asked me for documents 6 times before they told me it was the wrong document they needed. I sent the correct document and they told me it was 10 business days to be approved and 10 after that to be paid. Well today was the tenth day and they told me I would have to wait till next week. I got extremely disappointed and told them that I have since read a lot of complaints about there casinos and that it was not right to do this to people. They came back online and told me my account was closed and that I was no longer able to collect my winnings. I am extremely worried now because they have valuable Identification and information on me. Please people I have been ripped off as well. Unless we do something, it will continue to happen. Hi deemac80, unfortunately I have heard this story far too many times before. It is their standard operating procedure.

As you can see on our casino blacklist these guys are the #1 crooked casino group online.

I can send you some more info if you would like - just let me know - but I can sum it all up like this: they are located in Costa Rica which does not care one bit about player protection or regulation of online gambling as long as the companies there pay the bills. They are owned by a convicted fraudster / conman, and are basically untouchable legally. People have gone there before asking questions, ended up being beaten and had their lives threatened.
