On July 21st i made a $25.00 deposit at The Gaming Club. The games wouldn't load. I contacted Live Help and was sent an e-mail advising me to delete cookies, etc. and re-download the casino. I followed instructions they still didn't work. I contacted my server "Rogers" they made me check a few things including my firewall, checked on their side and said everything looked o.k. I contacted live help again and they said they were sending a report to microgaming. Since July 21st I have contacted live help 3 times and called twice. They always say we're looking into it thank you for your patience. Other than the very first e-mail they have not contacted me once. I play on other sites run by RTG, PlayTech and a few bingo sites and have never had a problem.. I've played on microgaming sites before. I've deposited at Go Wild and played some free spins at The Gaming Club. It took long to load the games and some ran really slow but I like the games and when I get bored on my other sites I play there. I uninstall some casinos if I'm not playing them and re-install when I want to deposit. They take up a lot of space on my computer. Could this cause a problem?
The last time I called I asked them that if I couldn't load the BANK page would it have taken so long to fix. No response. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks..........
