Hi xbucki, I've done a little research for you as we don't list Crown Vegas Online, and I've never played at or dealt with them before.
It looks like the casino has closed down, but is supposed to be paying owed monies to players. Not a good sign as presumably they are out of money. There are a number of people with similar stories to you.
I assume when you say you've contacted the gaming commission you mean Kahnawake. They are usually very good when it comes to this sort of thing as they try very hard to keep their licensed operations honest.
Keep trying to contact them at service@crownvegas.com. Supposedly their toll free phone number is down. Let me know how you get on.
Hey there, I have the exact same problem trying to collect my $800.00 winnings from Rome Casino. They've been sent enough info from me to steal my identity 10 times over. They didn't mind taking my deposit. This site is fraudulent as far as I'm concerned and I've only just begun to complain. BBB has heard from me and I've also put in a complaint to the FBI. This is just the beginning.
