Help with withdrawal at Jackpot Grand

Hi everyone!

I have found your site and love it! I have a pending withdrawal at Jackpot Grand. Unfortunately I was unaware of the blacklist of this casino until I found your site. They are giving me the same runaround that I keep reading has happened to others. I am trying to be patient...but I have a pending withdrawal of $3000 and am concerned after reading all of the problems that others have had. They have requested the same documents 4 different times and now I have not heard from them for 5 days and can get no answer to email. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do next?

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the withdrawals at our casino.

December 19, 2014 I cashed out $470 ay Jackpot Grand, In January 2015 I got an email stating it was under review and would take up to 90 days to verify. Now today I get an email stating " Your withdrawal was declined do to the decrease in my playing over the last 30 days, I was told I SHOULD PLAY MORE." Have you ever heard a more stupid statement. I use to play there all the time, then they stopped giving me bonuses due to my winning, so I quit and played elsewhere. In December I got an email saying I could again get bonuses, so I played and won, now I cannot get my money. Since when does a casino have the right to tell me how much and how often I need to play in order to cashout if I win. This is beyond any rational comprehension.

Unbelievable. I am like you. Whenever a casino stops giving me bonuses due to my winnings, I stop playing. I hope you get paid.

fresnoflo, that is disgraceful and pretty much confirms that the 90 day "security theatre" is just an attempt to delay and encourage players to reverse their withdrawals. And then they have the cheek to tell you after the wait that they won't pay because you stopped playing? Hello, what does that have to do with anything? You won, its your money, they are obligated to pay it regardless of whether you play there any more.

Do get in touch with Clara as she can help you get paid. She does not make the rules there and I feel sorry for her having to fight fires like that all over the place.

Update: On 11th March I was advised by Clara Hans that my withdrawal request would go through within 72 hours. Well, it's now been 3 days and I'm still waiting for any correspondence from Jackpot Grand to confirm this to be the case, other than the standard 10-day withdrawal review email I received upon requesting the wire transfer 🤓

Fingers crossed that there can finally be a resolution....

If you can help with this situation it would be APP.If you read my comments the info is all there.I have tried everything but no luck.I am presently in contact with the gaming commission and software comp. to see what can be done.Again if you can help it would be app.

Update: I have just received an email from Eli at Jackpot Grand, denying my recent withdrawal request organized with Clara Hans, who is assuming the identity of a Representative for Jackpot Grand.

Once again, this excuse is just another out right lie too stall payment. I have been given this excuse before about my previous withdrawal request. So I recently started playing with my available balance to keep them happy.

I'm extremely disappointed that Clara Hans could not do as she had promised, and seek a reasonable, fair resolve to this issue.

senator912, click on Clara Hans profile picture on this page and send her a private message. There is no gaming commission or regulator that will be able to help you get paid unfortunately as they are deliberately set up to avoid that sort of oversight. I have hidden your email address because I don't want it getting picked up by spammers.

jeronimopiper, don't fall for the trap. Don't play there any more and contact Clara again. You are under no obligation to play in order to get paid. To suggest otherwise is criminal.

Update: I can confirm that my recent withdrawal request arranged by Clara Hans, was approved and successful!!! The money took no longer than 48 hours to reach my personal bank account! 😲 🍺

Mind you i fell victim to their trap's and slow pay techniques... as obvious as there tactics are, they worked in that I spent $1000 playing my balance back through there casino whilst constantly being denied withdrawal yet recieving my balance back as playable credits...

In Summary: 3 weeks after my initial message with Clara Hans, and 6 months after my initial withdrawal refusal, I finally received $1200 lump sum payment from Jackpot Grand.

If it is wasn't for public forums like casinolistings I doubt I would of seen a single cent! So huge gratitude to CasinoListings, and too CL-Ed for your advice.

I recommend anyone having problems withdrawing from any of the Netad Management casino's to post about your experience to the world, make as much noise as possible about your mistreatment, and it seems they might take your case as one worthy of actually paying to shut you up...

CasinoListings is now my first point of contact before I hand over any money to gamble online, and it means that players need too report rogue casino's and get public about your situation!

I'm glad to hear that you got your money in the end jeronimopiper. It shouldn't be necessary to have to go to such lengths just to be paid what you are owed.

Despite what these guys keep saying to me, they aren't getting any better and if anything they appear to be getting worse. I really fear that they are on a mission to self destruct and don't care how many people they burn along the way.

Hi CL-Ed & Clara Hans,

My concern also with Jackpot Grand is similar to all those who complaints about their withdrwal they been asking back and forth for my documents only to find out after 60days that my withdrwal has been denied due to lack of activity of my account. I have talk and raised the issue couple of times and received from agents/managers assurance unfortunately it turns out a big lie. Until i decided to just refund what i deposited and its only $21 yet til now they havent been given back to me. Can someone help me with this? Jackpot Grand is the first ever casino i played with yet it turns out this way. What a dismay and traumatic experience for all the newbie like me.
