They operate out of Costa Rica which has no licensing, regulation, player assistance or mediation processes at all. You are completely at the mercy of the honesty of the casino when you play at a Costa Rican joint. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Wow! Before following that first link, I truly had no idea there were that MANY black-listed casinos. Good grief! I hope many of those are not even operating anymore.

A great list to check BEFORE depositing any of our hard earned money.

There are many more that we haven't bothered listing because they go out of business or disappear overnight. And the scammers running many of those casinos keep opening new ones under different names or ownerships, making it very hard to keep track of.

There are many good reasons why we are very skeptical and cautious towards new casinos round here!

Well, this site (and you "guys") are THE BEST, because it is such a challenge to keep track of all those on the black list. Thank you SO much for at least trying to keep up on the names of all those and doing the best that you can to protect players.

That is also why, if I haven't heard of a place before, and I can't find it reviewed here, I will always ASK first. Sad that people are "reeled in" by deals that sound so good, they don't really understand them nor do they read the fine print, etc., then they come here afterward.

I am SO thankful I found this place BEFORE I took an interest in online casinos. Whew!

Welcome JPC and I am so glad you were saved the agony of that place and make sure to check here before you sign up or at least before you put any green into a casino. Most of the rogues run great match bonuses but if you can't cash out you might as well play in fun mode not real money.
If you don't understand bonuses another good read is casino bonuses 101 so you will know how to tell the diff between sticky's and cashable etc. That will save ya a lot of grief as well. Happy playing and the best of luck to you!!!!!

so here it is the first of October and I am still waiting on my payout. Received an email from Monika saying they have 5 more days to process it. It has been approved way back on Sept. 19th after it took 10 days to approve it WTH. so still waiting on tracking info please this is ridiculous But I bug them everyday and will continue to do so.

Well I continue to email Monika everyday as there is No word on tracking info. this is a joke!!!!! she did respond today and said it was paid to processor on the 2nd and they are just waiting on tracking info.

Well I just got another email from another rogue where I have never deposited but made it thru play thru on a free chip. Max cash out 100 dollars and my moneygram is ready to be picked up. they didn't charge any fees either so now I only have 2 more to go @ another one which should be ready next week according to LIVE chat.

Just received the tracking info and the last of rogue payouts should be in my possession on Tuesday. Hurray!!!! so all tolled I did receive 1487 dollars from rogues no less....never thought I would see it. Maybe some of these guys have figured out in order to keep players they need to PAY but still I won't play @ them again cuz of the lengthy wait 6-8 weeks at least and lots of emails etc.

Last of rogue money paid and cashed. I am very happy that I did get it all. still waiting on payout from Begado tho.
