Netad Managed Casinos / BEGADO

Stay Away from all of Netad Management Casinos
I joined Begado and they are a bunch of snakes.
Made legitimate winnings , met wagering requirements, submitted all docs as required. but every day a new reason to avoid payment.
3 weeks later and am told by support that Finance dept. has rejected my withdrawal pending a 90 day review .
Ridiculous.
Avoid these incompetents, most casinos i have dealt with have a 3 to 5 day turnaround time. 90 days have you ever.
They entice new players with freebies but refuse to pay out, how on earth do you want to build a client base with such super special customer service LMAO
They owe me $500 and wont see a cent from me till they pay up, plus ill be contacting the regulating authorities for Curacao. Their web site states 10 day turn around time. False advertising or what 🤷???

Hey Roger, welcome to the site.

I believe Begado and their Netad Management are blacklisted around these parts for pulling shenanigans exactly like what you are describing. It sucks that they can get away with doing this stuff, and I wish that they could be punished for their deceptive advertising and claims.

That is really bad on their part, but sadly par for the course.

You're right roger. They have been pulling this "random 90 day security check" on everyone lately. It is standard operating procedure, not random, and I believe it is a deliberate attempt to frustrate players into reversing their withdrawals and losing. They remain on our blacklist.

I have been assisting a lady who won and withdrew over $6000 way back in September and so far she has only received $2000. Even with our intervention they don't pay any quicker than they would without it. You can read a bit about that one here:

Last year, I made the maximum winning of $250 from their free Sign-up Bonus.
They asked me to deposit at least $21, so that I can withdraw total of $271. So, I followed their procedure - deposit and account verification.

But, when I made a withdrawal request, they turned it down and sent me "the 90-day review".

In around 2 months or so, on live chat, I asked them that I would give up the bonus winnings and withdraw only the real deposit of $21. And they told me to wait a little more, and I can withdraw the sum of $271.

So, I waited 2~3 weeks, but they never replied.

I contacted them about 3~4 weeks ago. At that time, I was transferred to VIP Manager Alan(?).
At first, he kind of cracked a joke that I should ask Neteller the refund of my real deposit of $21.
So, later, he suggested that he will give 400% bonus, or something.

I refused to receive it and he told me that he would send an email to Finance Department which only is reached by their email about me and buzz them, hahaha.

And, what a fraud they are doing.

I think that Neteller and other payment companies terminate them from their merchant list.

I will contact them anyway soon again.

I will post the related information, then.

The following issues have been resolved.

I received the total of $271 from Begado, just a few hours ago.
Ms. Clara Hans who works for the casino group has been helping me for this issue.

Actually, I had the same issue with their affiliate casino, Slots Jungle Casino, last year, too.
This is solved together with Begado's.

When I started to play with Slots Jungle, I didn't know that it was affiliated with Begado.

But, Slots Jungle was more weirder and embarrassing, because they sent "90 day review" at the second withdrawal of $500 after the 1st withdrawal of $500 was done.

Anyway, both issues with Begado and Slots Jungle have been resolved, so that I am very happy now.
