Grand Parker online casino does not pay out winnings or refund deposits -- close accounts instead

3 replies • Last post

I won a small jackpot on Grand Parker online casino instant play in June 2013.. Grand Parker wanted from me no less than 4 credit cards in color of the front and back. 2 of the cards had been used 1 time only for about $25.00 deposit a year ago. This information was demanded after I had sent them the front and back of the credit I have used with them for the last three months and the front and back of my ID and two utility bills. This information was demanded after I was told that I was all set to request withdraw in 2 days time when I requested to withdraw the $1000.00 on the end of the 3rd day and it did not work. No email to contact me. I thought this was a delaying tactic and that the casino was trying to cheat me out of my winnings and that the casino wanted all my credit information for fraudulent purposes. I saw red!!! My information and more delays?? I have never had this before from online casinos such as Golden Palace and others.
So to demonstrate that nothing fishy was going on Grand Parker closed my account for "security" reasons and set my account to zero. Instead of returning all my deposits that I deposited to win for the first time Grand Parker sent me only $150.00 back and kept all my winnings and all of my other deposits. Yes, I am so convinced that this casino is not a lier or a cheat or fraudulent ---- NOT! want every deposit that I have made since I opened my account as each was used for me to get to my first "win" or my winnings of the $1000.00. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Or at least tell me who the governing authority is so that I can write them or email them for help. Theresa Hans

That is unfortunate Dannyboy91. I bet CL-Ed may be able to help you when he sees your post.

Grand Reef doesn't have good ratings on this website, as they have been noted for their slow payments and other shady activities.

I think next time you should try to start a new thread, as it will likely help you in getting a faster response to your issue.

Good luck! I hope you get that money!
