Hi V!

I would be very cautious about this one. Read here:

Lol! I didn't receive anything today, so maybe I am not on "the list." I will let everyone know if I end up receiving one, too.

so i just talked to a support representative name Todd. He said i can withdraw it all out-- no wagering requirements, No rules to cash it all out...
Todd: No rules on your balance

Todd: What we need from you is a copy of your picture ID, a copy of an utility bill or something with your name and address on it. If you have made deposits with a credit card we are going to need copies of the front and a manually signed authorization form.

Todd: Please click here:

Todd: xxx

Todd: You can send your documents to: xxx or by fax 1-866-308-6010

Todd: Once it is received it takes from 24 to 48 business hours to be processed. You will be receiving a pop up message letting you know everything is on file.

Todd: Once your documents are on file The time frame for withdrawals is 7 to 10 working days after requested and paid within 10 to 14 working days, plus delivery time. , but this may vary depending on processor limitations.

I would never give those people anymore personal information than they already have, as CL-Ed stated. You are braver than I am.

I still have not gotten a card, and I hope I do not.

Good luck getting your funds, though!

I would still log in and change your personal info where possible. These people will continue to spam and mail you and who knows what else. The owner was convicted of real estate fraud in the 90s and served jail time after he duped people into losing their houses. They are not to be trusted at all.

I totally agree, Ed. Why trust someone who apparently has no qualms about stealing your personal info.

Its like saying, "I'll give you a free Starbucks Gift Card if you just give me your name, address, phone number, and a copy of this information on a utility bill."...

Sounds WAY too risky to me. I am staying away. FAR away!

Yes that is probably why they recently renamed one of their casinos (VIP Lounge became Ruby Slots).

iv heard others say its no good and others have no problems with it. I've never had any issues with it and iv even cashed out before with no issues, all I did was give my address, no other info, such as utility bill and credit card, etc.

Also I just came across a artical about silver oak casino and it was saying its one of the top online casinos, not sure if that's true bc I'm still fairly new to all of the online casino scene. The whole reason I even got started into the real mmoney casinos is bc I got that players rewards card in the mail for $100.

For the love of all that is holy, STAY AWAY FROM SILVER OAK!

That casino has horrible reviews on this site. Here is an excerpt from the review page on the site:

"In our testing of Silver Oak casino we admittedly encountered nothing majorly untoward, save for a very slow withdrawal process that took over two weeks to send us our money, which is frankly not good enough. But it is hard to shake off the unease we feel about the purchase of the player-base of a known rogue operation. After all we have to think that the new operator was fully aware of the reputation of the Crystal Palace group. If not then they either didn't do their due diligence, or they didn't care - not a comforting scenario either way.

We made enquiries directly with Silver Oak about the relationship with the Warren Cloud / Crystal Palace group and were assured that there was nothing more than a purchase of assets from a defunct operator. At face value this is hard to dispute, as their website fails to provide any clues as to the ownership or even the operating jurisdiction of the casino (we have since been tipped that it is Costa Rica), which is in itself not a good sign. However other clues do not sit comfortably with us, such as the association with Chris DeAngelo, a faithful Cloud employee (see contact details at the bottom of buzzword filled press release).

Update March 2010: it appears our suspicions were warranted as it has come to our attention that this casino and the rest in its group were in fact purchased by owners of the notorious Virtual Casino Group (Cool Cat Casino, Club Player Casino, Palace of Chance and more). This is more than enough reason for us to permanently blacklist these guys. Do not deposit your money at this casino or any others in the group which includes: Captain Jack Casino, Cat's Eye Casino, Gold Stream Casino, Lucky Palm Casino, Pharaohs Gold Casino, Ringmaster Casino, Royal Ace Casino, Planet 7 Casino (do these guys realise that the 7th planet in the solar system is Uranus?)

In our opinion playing here is just not worth the risk."
