Are they stalling me or just bad communication or customer service reps who are misinformed? I am NOT happy this morning.

So, read the above. Went through ALL that. Log in this morning, and guess what? Yup. My money is back in my player account!
I get BACK on chat and this person tells me I need to send a copy of my CC, front and back before I can request my funds. WHAT?
The entire reason I got right onto chat and asked no less that THREE times if I was good to go and I WAS TOLD I WAS GOOD TO GO AND HAD TO DO NOTHING, they are now asking that I send the copy of my card?
Person claims this request was emailed to me on August 10th, yet I received no such email, it must have gone to junk. The thing is if this is true then why did the THREE different people I chatted with not tell me this.
I have always liked Club World, but I am almost feeling like they are stalling and want me to play and put all my money back which I am not going to do.
I was even thinking of making a small deposit today, but I am going to shop around, I believe, and try somewhere else, just because they have left a "bad taste in my mouth" today.
I do NOT like the run around, especially when I am diligent enough to do my part and ask over and over if that is all I needed to do and was assured over and over that I was "good to go."
Mix up in communication? Need better training for customer service reps? IDK. I do know I am very upset, unhappy, and disappointed today.
Ruins the fun of winning when you have to FIGHT to get your money in a timely manner. I started all this way last week and I should have been informed through chat immediately!
