Fresh Ideas For Online Casinos

I have noticed that a lot of casinos maintain a so called "status quo" when it comes to their layouts and features (as far as I can tell anyway).

I was wondering if any of you have any ideas that you would pass through to a casino for either a design change, or gaming idea. What would you recommend a casino do to change things up a bit?

I myself would advocate a smoother experience. I like casinos like WinADay, which have a fluid movement and don't make you feel you are waiting forever to get to the games or other sections of the site. It makes my experience a tad better thinking that I am not waiting for some ancient looking piece of software to boot into a new game.
