Best customer service

I know that generally casinos have good customer service, but I am wondering about the little extras that they may have.

I am not referring to bonuses as such, but the things that they don't advertise and you only know about when it arrives.

I am asking because a couple of years ago, I was a member of a casino called CAI if I remember correctly. I think they no longer exist, but at the time I didn't play much and had almost forgotten them until the postman knocked at the door. I was totally dumbstruck by a red gift wrapped Christmas present with no idea who sent it.

I opened it and found a Samsung digital camera, Helly Hanson jacket, notepad and pen along with a money clip. It was all branded CAI, but it was still a nice surprise.

Do any other casinos do this?

Wow, I have never heard of that. That is amazing!

I have been treated very well by reps at Lucky Red, and especially Slot O Cash. Slot O Cash did take a while to respond to me, but once they did, they went above and beyond to help me with some issues I was having.

I used to love Slots Galore, because they had a ton of drawings and a blog contest where if you gave the best response on their blog they gave 50 dollars (monthly). These were nice little extras.

Those are awesome guys! I have to go with Legends, who have always done their best to get me my money quickly and have waived fees when they didn't get something accomplished as fast as it should have. They also comped my account as well.

Yeah! that must have been a very nice surprise could you recommend me some nice casino online, with good customer service? I'm only starting and don't know which one to choose.

I agree that online casino has the best customer service because it does not require traveling all the way to casino since it can get the similar gambling experience online thus provides more exciting bonuses and prizes.
