All players stay clear of ROYAL KINGS CASINO - TOP GAME!!!!!!
I have been waiting for a $2500 withdrawal to be processed since 2 October.
I deposited $100 and received a $300 bonus whereby I met all there T&C's ( I actually played deposit and bonus x100 times, all on slots) and ended up with a $5500 balance. They have all my documentation but still wont process the withdrawal. At no stage have they disputed my winnings they just wont pay....they wont answer emails and online support wont even acknowledge me when I ask them any questions...zip..nada...zilch!!!!!
I even sent an email to Topgame......guess what???....NO REPLY!
So anyone that goes near Royal Kings or any Topgame casino beware.........you wont get paid.

Hi iluvpokies, judging by your name you must be an Aussie (me too). All TopGame casinos are on our blacklist for this exact thing (see link in my signature).

I can't believe you made it through a 100x d+b playthrough. That is some accomplishment.

In the past I have been able to help a few people get paid by some other TopGames but the lines of communication seem to have closed as they don't respond to my emails any more. However I'll send you a PM and see if we can track someone down who can assist you - don't get your hopes up, no promises etc.
