Sadly our attempts to resolve Eponine6's issues with Rich Casino have been fruitless. The casino has ignored all attempts by us to contact them and they continue to ignore the player's withdrawal of around $2500.

Although we found Rich Casino to be an ordinary operation with little to recommend it, it was at least operating honestly at one stage, which makes this sort of thing all the more outrageous.

Players should consider any casinos operated by Blefondia Holdings of Cyprus - which at this point include Rich Casino, Thebes Casino, and Casino Moons - as rogue.

There is a very strong likelihood that you will not be paid if you win at these casinos, and your complaints are likely to be ignored. They are "licensed" in Costa Rica (which means nothing), so players have no recourse available to them if they are ripped off.

Stay away!

Rich Casino have finally come through and paid Eponine6 after we managed to track down an employee there.

Thanks to Rich Casino and the person there who helped us out.

These casinos should still be avoided until we see some definite improvement in customer service and withdrawal processing times.
