Club Player Casino Does Not Pay

If you ever win on a free chip from club player casino you will not receive your money. If you win more than $65 on the chip expect to have a reverse withdrawal and they take away all winnings over $65. It will take them another 4-6 weeks to process it no matter which payout method you use. Customer service is extremely rude and are very little help online and over the phone. You will get an email from Ruby with a fradulent western union MCTN number from a Georgi Panatoutov from Bulgaria. When you check online at western unions website there is no record of any such transaction existing. They will not pay you regardless even if its $50, and I got no response from my emails. I would never deposit my money there and I think they are a group of thieves and liars running this company.

I can understand the part about taking away all winnings over $65 if the max. cashout is 1x the $65 freechip...but to give a fraudlant MCTN number? this i do not understand. if this is true, shame on them - that is totally wrong and unacceptable. i'm sure i've used a freechip at club player but obviously didn't win anything and i have yet to make a deposit - it maybe a good thing that i didn't.

has anyone else experienced the same problem with Club Player? if so please post.

Stories like this is why we have a giant red warning on our review page that says do not deposit any money with them. Same goes for all others in the same group .. Cirrus Casino, Palace of Chance, Cool Cat Casino + more (see the full list under related casinos on the review pages). They are good for free chips only, and even then I would hesitate to give them my name, address etc.

This is the first I have heard of western union fraud though. It could be as simple as them giving you a bogus number just to waste your time and give up on cashing out which is their modus operandi - waste the player's time and hope they reverse withdraw and lose the winnings or just give up. They do pay eventually if you keep hassling but for $65 it's not worth the time and effort and they know it.

Yes, I understand how it feels when you put your money for playing, and when you win good deals you won't get the winning amount. But do not lose hope at all, will surely be paid back, have patience.

sorry but gamecolony is not one of my favourable skill games sites. There are far better ones that could be found online.
