Just hit Jackpot

76 replies • Last post

I just ( Monday night) hit the progressive for Let Em Ride through Lock Poker...Merge handles their Casino. Jackpot hasn't been approved yet but it was real !!!!

My question is what has been the history of payoffs for Jackpots with Merge and how should I expect to be paid 🤷 Any help would be appreciated. Diamond royal flush...way cool !!!

Thanks

Congratulations dogfather72! I assume your win is this one that our tracker picked up here (around $91,000):
http://www.casinolistings.com/jackpots/rtg/letem-ride-jackpot

I don't suppose you took a screenshot? It would be a cracker!

Merge is actually the poker network that Lock Poker belongs to. Lock Casino (owned by the same people) uses Real Time Gaming (RTG) software and therefore offers their pooled jackpots.

Our most recent experiences with Lock Casino haven't been then best, to be honest. They had financial troubles a few years ago when a lot of their funds were seized. Since then, they have continued to pay players but it is usually a slow and drawn out process, especially if you're in the USA. However, as you have won a progressive jackpot that is pooled across most RTG casinos, the funds don't have to come from Lock's own accounts. So there should be no problem with them not having the money, its more a question of how they can arrange to get it to you given you'll presumably want it transferred to a U.S. bank account. It is even possible that you may be able to arrange to be paid directly by RTG itself.

Let me know if you need any help or have any issues at all, as I have the contact details of the owner here somewhere.

Thanks for the feedback...I have a video I made with audio of the jackpot. I'll post it tomorrow. Got a call and email from Mr. Olazabal from Central Despute System who asked for a scan of my DL and power bill...said I'd hear back in few days...nothing yet.

Any advise is appreciated.

RTG is the software company that makes the games that Lock Casino (and many others use). As you won a progressive jackpot that is shared between lots of different casinos, I figured that RTG may be the ones to pay you directly instead of it coming from Lock Casino, because you didn't really win any of Lock's money. On big progressive wins, sometimes the money is passed from the software company to the casino then on to the player, and sometimes it is done directly without casino intervention.

Central Disputes System is owned by RTG so if you have been contacted by them then it sounds like that may be indeed what is happening.

It may take a few days dogfather. RTG is usually pretty good, but if I were in your shoes (one day, I hope!) I'd keep on them. With that much money sitting there waiting for you, I can't say I blame you for being a little antsy to hear back from them.

More than likely just give it a couple of days. I am sure Ed can shed some light on things if it isn't resolved by then.

Have you contacted them again? Did you get a phone number for Mr Olazabal? If not, send them an email and ask for a phone number.

I did send Jennifer an email and no reply. Also have gone back to reply to Mr. Olazabal's email. Nothing.

Thanks for your help. Just wanted to give you an update. Not sure what to do at this point.

Have they asked you for documents to confirm your identity? Are you still speaking with the casino about the jackpot?

I really hope this comes to a good conclusion for you soon. I cannot imagine the anxiety you are going through waiting for this jackpot!

Yes they did ask for ID etc. which I sent and they confirmed as accepted the day after my Jackpot. They said it would take several days to resolve though Central Dispute Systems. Haven't heard from them since. Just sent another email to Lock.

Thanks for the reponse. Any ideas are appreciated.

Anyone know of a site where past progressive or bad beat bonus might discuss payment and/or their experiences esp with RTG ??

Thanks

I have sent a few emails about this myself over the weekend and I am waiting for a response. I'll let you know if/when I get one.

I've tried googling for past progressive winners but couldn't find anything. Most people in that situation probably want to keep things quiet I'd guess.

Yeah, I've been looking around and can't find much info on past winners experience. Might be a good topic for a post on this site. I have gotten back to Lock and , at least, the support people answer my email's ...nothing much to say other than they will forward my request to the Manager.

Also have been looking for a phone number for RTG ...not much out there. My investigation has brought up a few interesting paths such as Hastings International, B.V. and creditpuma.com which seems to be the URL behind many on line posts....all pretty mysterious.

Thanks again.

Yes Hastings International B.V. is the RTG company name. I haven't run into creditpuma before though.

I have received a response from the CEO of Lock Casino stating that she is in daily communication with RTG on this, so hang tight. I suggested that perhaps they could be a bit more communicative with you given that no-one seems to be telling you anything.

CL-Ed

Thanks for the message and your persistence. Good to hear from her and confirm that she is in the loop.

Would be nice if they were communicating directly with me.

I'll keep you informed as things (hopefully progress).
