They are telling me that I have to make a deposit to them using my visa card OR Western Union or I cannot take out my money. (PLUS I have to make a purchase to a merchant and THEN wait 7 to 15 days). I can understand everything about the conditions EXCEPT why the Slot O Cash withdrawal will not count as a deposit to MPQ Isn't that the whole idea of using them? WTH? I am beyond frustrated and upset right now.

Hello!
Well, the good news is that I reached my play-through at Slot O'Cash, after winning the Lucky Tiger minor (see perpetual winners' thread). I reached it in a relatively SHORT time, but I didn't post about it, as to not jinx myself, lol.
Now is the time to figure out withdrawal. It looks like the ONLY option for me is MyPaylinQ. The casino told me this is the quickest way for U.S. players to receive their money. However, upon reading MyPaylinQ's terms, it is not looking like the withdrawal is quick at all! PLUS there are some conditions (which I will post below) to receiving my cash.
So far, I have sent in all required documents to Slot O'Cash and MyPaylinQ. I have NOT requested the withdrawal yet. I am almost afraid to, because it sounds as if once I do, my money is going to be tied up at MyPaylinQ for a while. Here is what I understand, and I am just asking for some confirmation that I am understanding this correctly.
Slot O'Cash will send my money to MyPaylinQ. Then, according to the MPQ policies, I will have to make ONE deposit to my account AND make one merchant purchase with my account BEFORE I am eligible for a withdrawal. AND in spite of the fact that they had me register a credit card with them, I CANNOT use the credit card for withdrawal, but instead I have to use Western Union, and there will also be a $20.00 fee for them to send me MY money through WU. Not only that, but they are saying that could take up to 15 business days!
Questions: Will my requirement of one deposit be met when Slot O'Cash sends my money to MPQ? So then all I would have to do is use that money to buy one item from a merchant, and then wait for 15 days for my money?
I have to admit that I am a little frustrated by all of these requirements. At LuckyRed casino, my ONLY other withdrawal, I was able to use the ACH and have that money sent directly to my bank account. I asked Slot O Cash if they could even send me a check, and they will not.
Any confirmation of my understanding the above correctly will help me feel a little better. Here are the MPQ policies:
