Winpalace withdraw complaint

I believe winpalace shorted me money.

I requested a 1,000 dollar withdraw. I had over 6,000 in my withdrawable account and 400 in my bonus which was unwithdrawable and not included in my withdrawable account. Upon withdraw request 1,000 was removed from my withdrawable funds bringing it down to 5,000. 400 still remained in the bonus unwithdrawable section. After about a week or so I see that the wire transfer went through to my bank, although it was only a 600 dollar deposit. I contact live chat, they tell me I have I email finance, so I do. A week goes by finance does not respond. I contact live chat and they tell me that I could not withdraw 1,000 based on my bonus, although I explain to them 1,000 was taken from my withdrawable balance and 400 remained in the bonus, leaving me short 400 dollars. They insist the 400 was taken from my bonus, and I disagree.

So you had $6400 total, $400 of which was a bonus? And they have sent you $600 but now you have $5400 in total with the $400 bonus still there?

If so, you are correct and it sounds like they made a mistake, OR there could be another explanation.

The standard procedure for these guys is to only send $500 or so every 2 weeks. We don't have a very high opinion of them due to this very slow payments process, but to be fair I have not heard of anybody being ripped off by them either. It could be that they have queued up the remaining $400 of the $1000 you withdrew to be sent to you next week. But if the finance team does not reply, how are you supposed to sort it out?

Have you tried phoning them? We have 1-888-835-9940 as their US contact number.

Yes they are claiming that I did not receive the 400 because they took it out of the bonus. I explained to them that the full 1000 was taken from the withdrawable balance and nothing from the bonus, but they insist otherwise

well good to know.. I will Cancel my account with these guys after seing this.. just happy I never deposited more than 20usd with em..
