Hello Friends!
I guess I am not meant to gamble tonight, because I can't sign in at Slot O'Cash.
I ordered an entry to the tournament, and I wanted to make sure I was sending the correct User Name to CL. To figure this out, I signed out of Slot O Cash and then put the casino back up so I could see my user name. My User Name is always filled in when I sign into the casino, and all I have to fill out is the password, thus I do not pay much attention to my user name at a given casino, and I use a few different names.
So, anyhoo....that is what I did. The problem is that now when I try to enter my password, I am receiving this message:
Your account is already logged in.
If you were cut off unexpectedly, please wait 10 minutes to reconnect.
If you cannot connect at that time, please call customer support.
The strange thing about this is that I have signed out and in like that before, for example, when I am wanting to give my user name to chat, and without a single problem. I waited the ten minutes, then waited almost an hour and same thing!
I will take this as a sign that i am not supposed to gamble tonight (I should be getting to sleep, anyway, lol), but I am just curious this has ever happened to you and if you have ever received that message? I am too tired to call Customer Support, so I will sleep on this one and give it until morning. If I still cannot sign in then, I will be worried, and I will definitely call.
Just curious if this has happened to you, because this is a first for me.
