Not getting your withdrawls like me? this is from the Sloto cash manager October 1 2011

We received bad news from one of our processor yesterday regarding a batch of withdrawals going through an intermediary bank which was ordered to freeze funds in transit and recall any transfers that were in process for reasons yet to be ascertained.

We are currently looking into the situation and will update you on the status of your witthdrawal as soon as we get more information.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Kind Regards

Amy

It doesn't sound good, but I don't think it is another Black Friday as their site is still operational and has not been seized by anyone. It could be as simple as a bank refusing to continue to process transactions that it has discovered are gambling related (if they are transacting with the USA they are usually coded as something else). It could be the processor going out of business, or "doing a runner" with the money. Or it could be a seizure by authorities.

Also note that SlotoCash are switching software to RTG this week. It could be related or just coincidence as the main reason for this change is likely to be to enable them to start accepting new U.S. players again.

Sad news, indeed. But the good point is that they apologized, and did not leave you uncertain about the matter (this is a progress). This shows their responsibility and actual worry, as their image may be quite easily damaged with this incident. As for Black Friday, I guess this case if quite far from what happened to Full Tilt and other operators. Government interference is not evident here... I too agree CL-Ed, this may be due to switching the provider...

Just a note that the SlotoCash website is currently down as they move over to the new RTG software. It has not disappeared into the night.

I heard they were crediting people's accounts due to the switch. Is that true?

Not sure on that one slim. They do have a free chip available which anyone can claim, even if they have an old account. Is that what you meant?

Players who had a previous account under Rival software do have to create a brand new account and start fresh as a new player.

Has anyone tried the new and improved casino yet?

I'm still cautious to open the account there as the casino is new and no feedback or reviews can be found to rely on. I think I;ll wait a little bit for someone to appear and share the opinion and then decide to play there or not Smile

It is new software but the casino itself has been running for a few years now with the previous Rival software. They were probably the best Rival operator and had a good reputation. They are a good option for U.S. players in particular.

Thank's Ed, but software is something that defines the casino quality for me, so I still prefer to wait a little bit Smile

I have the new software and must say the interface is pretty slick. The games are standard RTG fair, but the software is MUCH better.

Hi Slim, what do you mean by "much better"? can you please be more concrete about the features ? such as speed, size, functionality?
