I checked your profile and it says you're from the United States. If so, then I'm afraid you won't be able to claim them as Ladbrokes does not accept American players. If not, then you should be able to claim them by signing up for an account at ladbrokes, then contacting live support and asking for the free spins.

Hi medori29, I have contacted them and cleared this up. We have been sent a couple of emails by Ladbrokes themselves but apparently they did not forward us the complete information - you need to use the following link and there is a website claim form which you have to submit:
