Casino Hold’Em Guide

Casino Hold’em game is basically similar to Texas Hold’em. It is still a form of poker where five cards are used to play. Texas Hold’em is played by comparing the hands of each player with other players whereas Casino Hold’em compares the players’ hands to only that of the banker. There are many variations of the Casino Hold’em game especially in the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe.

The game is played with your average 52 deck cards. Cards are played according to their face value, and the king is higher than the queen which is higher than the jack. The jack, in turn, is higher than the ten. Aces can be played high or low while the other cards are based on their pip value.

How to Play

Casino Hold’Em has borrowed most of its concepts from Texas Hold’em. Players place their bets or wagers before the dealer gives out two cards for each player. After each player have their own two cards, the dealer then places three community cards or what is called a flop in the middle of the table. The dealer will then add two more community cards to the flop while bets are being made every time the additional two cards are opened. Players must organize their two cards with the five cards or the flop in the middle of the table. The best possible hand to be made from the overall seven cards wins the game.

Basic Rules of the Game

Each player must place an ante wager before the cards are distributed to the players. No one else can play when the game has commenced. The players are only given two cards each for each game and the flop only consist of three cards. If a player decides to fold his hand, his forfeits his ante wager which will remain in the box until someone wins it. If the player decides to continue with the game or to call the game, he must place another bet which should be equal to twice the amount of the initial bet.

The dealer will add two more community cards to the flop, making the flop a total of five cards. The additional two cards are called the turn and consecutively the river. Players must use his two cards to make a five card hand. This is a very exciting game that requires a lot of skill and strategy to make the win.
