Prime Casino is a new operation established in 2007 by the Prime Gaming group, which encompasses PrimePoker, PrimeBackgammon, and PrimeScratchcards, in addition to the casino. Loyalty Program for regular players

Prime Casino is keen to form lasting relationship with their customers, and to do this they offer a loyalty program to encourage repeat visits. You earn a comp point (they call it a "Prime Loyalty Point") for every $10 you wager at the casino, and 1000 comp points earns you $10 cash placed into your casino account. There is a tiered scheme whereby you can earn bonus comp points if you are a heavy player - e.g. earn 10000 comp points in one month and they will give you an extra 10% free, earn over 30000 in one month and they will give you 25% extra. Also, new customers are given 500 comp points just for signing up to the casino.

Sign-up Bonus

Perhaps the only thing that has not really impressed us about Prime Casino is their sign-up bonus for new players. On face value the 100% match bonus seems pretty good, but steep wagering requirements mean it will take quite a while for you to clear the funds in your account. On a positive note though, you are able to play any game you like even if you accept the bonus, it's just that certain games do not count towards clearing the wagering requirements. As mentioned above, new players also receive 500 comp points when signing up.

The Verdict

Prime Casino is a solid entrant into the crowded online casino marketplace. Prime Gaming has ticked all the right boxes as far as player safety, transparency, and security of operations are concerned. The choice of Microgaming as a software provider is a solid one, and despite not offering an outrageous welcome bonus for new players, the resistance to offer crazy, unsustainable deals indicates to us that these guys are in there for the long haul.
