The support options are many and varied, with WinPalace offering 24/7 toll free phone numbers for several countries, along with fax, email and live chat support. Unfortunately we found the live chat operators to be slow to respond to our enquiries, so you are better off using the phone with these guys.

Withdrawal processing is quoted at "5-10 days depending on the class of the player" which is slow in this day and age, and clearly implies that some players are treated differently to others (translation: the casino takes care of players that deposit the most). The low withdrawal limit of only $3000 per fortnight will be enough to turn off the high rollers among you. Our experience has shown that players are rarely paid the full $3000 limit and the reality is that you can expect to receive instalment payments as small as $500 per fortnight or month.
