What this means is that the software's random number generator has been tested by a third party - TST Systems - and found to operate randomly and thus fairly. However the casino itself does not publish any monthly payout ratio figures. The support options are many and varied, with WinPalace offering 24/7 toll free phone numbers for several countries, along with fax, email and live chat support. Unfortunately we found the live chat operators to be slow to respond to our enquiries, so you are better off using the phone with these guys. Withdrawal processing is quoted at "5-10 days depending on the class of the player" which is slow in this day and age.

Win Palace is a presentable new RTG casino, without offering anything spectacular or new. Customer support was a little slow in our tests, as was the withdrawal processing, and the low withdrawal limit of only $3000 a week will turn off the progressive players. We have also received reports of players not even being paid the full $3000 limit. Experienced players on the lookout for a decent bonus may want to check it out, but we recommend players exercise caution.
