Review of Windows Casino
Windows Casino is a Playtech casino operated by a company called Cytech Ltd and is licensed by the Curacao Government. It has been around since 1999 and at one stage was an RTG casino with a terrible reputation. However the change of software, new management and the passage of time has seen the casino operated smoothly and professionally for the last few years.
Just so we are clear here, despite what the casino may be trying to suggest by their name, this casino has nothing to do with Microsoft and it is not the official casino of the Windows operating system.
There are over 120 games in total, including a variety of both progressive and non-progressive slot machines, Marvel Comics licensed games, classic table and card games, video poker and more. The casino is available as both downloadable software and an instant play flash site which you can play via your web browser. Both the instant play and downloadable games have high quality graphics and sound and present an excellent gaming environment.
The progressive games are part of the Playtech jackpot pool, which means the jackpots build up quickly via play at the large number of different Playtech casinos. Our jackpot tracking service keeps tabs on the jackpots, and some such as Beach Life are regularly won for 7 figure sums. You can see the current values of all the jackpots at the casino in the table below.
Promotions and Bonuses at Windows Casino
The list of offers available to players at Windows Casino is long. New players are offered the customary welcome bonus, and to follow on from that they offer monthly match bonuses, daily cashback rewards, weekly deposit bonuses, game of the month specials, as well as a comp points program.
Banking and Support
Windows Casino accepts a wide variety of payment methods including all major credit cards and e-Wallets (see right of page for full list). One thing for the high rollers out there to take note of is the withdrawal limitation of $5000 per week. It is unclear if this limit applies to progressive jackpot wins as the T&Cs do not say one way or the other - although most Playtech casinos usually explicitly state that their limits do apply to progressives too. 24 hour a day customer support is provided via phone, live text chat or email, and there are operators available speaking a variety of European languages.
Windows Casino is a decent option for fans of Playtech games. It has high quality games, solid support and has been around for over a decade, albeit with a chequered history. High rollers should be wary of the small weekly withdrawal limits though.

I played here back in March.i deposited $90,and then asked CS to remove sign up bonus.

Started playing 2x$1 hands, lost couple of hands and then switched to 2x$5 hands.
It was nerve breaking game, since i was low as $15 and high as $160..this time i wasnt looking to double up money, so i withdrew $150..Pending time for withdrawal was 4 days.
Four days later i received email from windows CS saying that my withdrawal was declined...i quote : "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request until you comply with our promotional bonus Terms and Conditions by wagering on appropriate games and/or fulfilling the minimum wagering requirements" end of quote.
I was badly surprised since i was only playing with my initial deposit, so there was no wagreing requirements to be met .
So i sent them reply ,explaning the whole thing , and of course, they had no choice but to validate my claims.

Nothing beats feedback from other players about an online casino, be it good or bad. If you have experience with this casino then we would love to hear about it.
