Yep..I agree with Chelsea...great collection of games..and if you win you are paid..and when I say paid I mean very fast..For example I receive my credit card payments in less than 24 h... 10/10

I have an account at Virgin casino, but have not really played there, just some demo versions and that's all. But recently I checked for updates and they have a kind of lottery awarding the members for completing the feedback survey by an i Pad2 , but not all, of course, one of them.. It is my dream to have one! Sure I've completed it

Just wondering why a Portuguese player isn't eligible for the deposit bonus? I'm a slot player and i love to play in online casinos. I put in risk more then 1.000€ every month in online casinos and i don't look at myself as a bonus abuser. So why i cannot claim virgin's welcome bonus? Because of my nationality? Is this fair and/or legal? As a depositer, why i cannot have the same privileges like any other player have?

I was a member of Virgin Games in December just gone, i then self excluded my self as i didnt want to spend any more money as i had a gambling problem. A couple of weeks later i opened another account with them as some extra money came in , i shouldn have reall done that but that is what people do with a gambling problem. Any way virgin blocked my new account withi 4 minutes of opening it. they then contacted me by email several days later telling me it was because i self excluded my self. They also decided to keep my £100.00 deposit and refused to give it back, they said in their email as far as they are concerened when i self excluded myself as was taking a short holiday !! Its the worst service i have ever had , i mean i shouldnt have set up a new account but hey they should not be trying to gain from it should they. Just cancelled my virgin TV , phone and Broadband with them . I made the mistake in the 1st place but what an awful company to deal with. Stay clear of Virgin Games

That is fantastic that they closed your account within 4 minutes. It shows that their exclusion policy works and they enforce it. However I am surprised that they did not refund your money. Did you play and lose it before they blocked your new account or was it in the system untouched?

Virgin Casino has been sold to the Gamesys group which has been operating JackpotJoy among other sites for the past few years. It will keep the Virgin brand name, but it is no longer part of the Virgin empire.

In addition they now only accept players from the UK and Ireland.
