Thebes Casino is another cliched ancient Egyptian-themed online casino, this time running on Top Game software. It accepts players from a wide range of countries including the USA, but operating out of the rogue's den of Costa Rica there is no player protection to speak of. Thebes Casino has been blacklisted by Casino Listings due to problems encountered by players at one of its sister casinos, Rich Casino, which is owned and operated by the same owner - Blefondia Holdings of Cyprus.

Blacklisted - slow pay and unresponsive

We have taken the decision to blacklist Rich Casino and others owned by the same operator Blefondia Holdings - namely Thebes Casino and Casino Moons - due to extremely slow payment of winnings and unresponsive customer support (see forum thread here: Rich Casino - anyone paid?). It is our recommendation therefore that players stay away from this casino as there is a high chance that you will not be paid should you win.

A curious statement on their "About Us" page:

We guarantee true logical and industry leading payouts with history and statistics to back it up. Furthermore we offer transparent communication and remain true to player satisfaction, security and supreme service.

We have found no evidence of any published payout statistics on the site, and their constant refusal to answer emails is hardly a good example of "transparent communication", "player satisfaction", nor "supreme service".

Thebes Casino should be avoided by all prospective players. There is a high chance that you will not be paid if you win, and operating out of Costa Rica means there is no recourse for you if you have a dispute with the casino. Steer clear.
