I had the same problems. I made 5~6 withdrawals in total and all of them were under $1000.
They game me all. But, it took 4~7 weeks, so I gave up playing there.

Maybe, now the casinos are getting worse in withdrawal time.

Yes these guys have been struggling for a few months to get payments out in a timely manner. Its the usual "payment processor issues" which US-facing casinos have to deal with from time to time. But waiting a month is too much. I'll send you a PM and get some details and get in touch with them to see if we can't get them to push things through for you.

Ofcourse, you are entitled to your opinion, as i am indeed. I am however, just trying to point out that, as others have said, you had a bad run, got very unlucky, and the casino, nor anyone in the world can help this. It's random. Random is random, and that's what it is.. nothing more, nothing less. You got the bad end of it, and it doesn't warrant a negative review, in my opinion, since, as i said, the casino, nor anyone in the world, can help it. (well, maybe the people programming the slots could make it pay out more to the players.. but that's basically it).

I'm also not saying you're lying about anything, I'm not sure where/how you got this idea. I fully believe your story for that matter, but as i said i DON'T feel it warrants a negative post about the casino, nor does it warrant an implication like the following: "I Highly Do Not Recommend This Casino!! Wow!! I was under the impression that at the top of this page , that it stated " Slots Plus Reviews"?? I must be In the wrong section. If not , then I Gave MY Honest Review/ Experience with this Casino . I have Much Much better things to do than going around and Lying about online Casinos!! Hi Sabrina, i read your post, and couldn't help myself to reply..

While i understand your frustration over the epic bad run, i'm afraid a post like yours isn't really useful... It's really how RNG works. I, for one, have many times seen bonus rounds pay out that little, or (next to) nothing at all. It's basically not that special.. sadily. It's just how the randomness of it all works, and this casino is no different when it comes to that, than any other RTG casino. I don't see any signs of them tampering with the software, so I don't think it's anything more than a (very?) bad run, which simply happens.

I shared my own story on how something bad happened with this casino, it has been succesfully resolved eventually, but them altering the software to make people run bad more often than they should is not something i'll buy, and i hope others don't either, because it's very unlikely to be true.

Sorry newflorida , But I've been playing RTG a lot longer than I've been a member on here and I've Never Had a Single Bonus Feature Payout $3.12 while betting $2 a Spin... I've had Cold / Dry spells at Casinos ( Who hasn't ?) But this was something totally different and it was Soo obvious and plain as day after playing right at the 4 min mark. The Slots Totally Changed , it's one of those things in life that you just had to be there to see it .... Sabrina3939, unfortunately, you hit a cold spell. That can happen at any reputable casino. While I no longer play at Slots Plus because they take too long to pay, I believe their casino is fair. Whenever you hit a cold spell, just exit and come back in a few hours. Recently, I have gone through a cold spell at Jackpot Capital where I lost $500 before eventually making it up.

Well , I did see their reviews on here before I signed up last night .But didn't read all of them. I just figured they were a "Slow" paying Casino , but would get any winnings eventually. WOW I had a Completely different experience .
Verified my email, Then they sent me a email with 250% Bonus on a Deposit ( Couldn't find wagering req ANYWHERE , for this particular bonus. Thought well it will be in the drop down menu under my Balance. I Deposited $50 which with bonus left me with a $175 play Balance at 10:22pm CST . It Never Went over $200 at any time , all my bets were $1-$2 on over 10 different Slots . $0 Balance at 11:09pm CST.
I have Never felt this Ripped off ,even at a "Blacklisted " Casino!! Not even 1 hour of Play time ? No Where in the Mobile Casino did it Show what needed to be wagered . Nowhere!!
I'm attaching a photo of how the Bonus Feature on T-Rex pays out on a $2 spin. I didn't stay on that game for very long afterward. Rarely did get a Bonus & when I did it was Super Small compared to my Bet.

First I'd like to say thank you for putting my mind at ease. After having to provide a bank statement showing that I didn't receive my payment, things got rolling. Slots Plus called me and gave me a $100 bonus (no strings attached) and this morning, my payment made it to my account. Phew!

Just as a frame of reference, I had a free chip at Silver Oak and I cashed out a $100.00 on the same day as Slots Plus. I received payment from Silver Oak before Slots Plus.

Having to wait 2.5 months for a payment is a bit nerve wracking.

Sorry, there is a typo in my post. I received an email on July 14th saying my wire has gone out. It is now August 4th and the only response I get is to be patient and that it takes a "few" days.

I don't know what to do at this point. Any advice?

I agree for the most part. However, i guess my situation was kind of 'special'/specific. It's a long story, so i won't repeat it. Thinking back on it, i guess both sides made mistakes, and I didn't know casino's would be so scared of the word 'chargeback' 😜

I'm happy i was paid out at all, at least, and wasn't completely scammed out of the money. That's something, i guess. As to their regular withdrawal speeds currently, I don't know much about it. I sure do hope that if it are very slow payout times, they at least train their customer reps to inform people thoroughly on the payout status, rather than reply with non-answers and basically leave you in the dark.

I guess the fact they did pay out, also somewhat enforces the idea that they're not specifically out to scam anyone out of their money, but the slow payout times indeed have other reasons. Not that having to wait so long is 'OK' neccessarily, but at least i do feel people can 'trust' that it's because of other, "non-rogue" reasons.

This WAS my favorite casino to play at. On 5/31/2016 I requested a $1,000.00 withdrawal. I got the run around for weeks. Finally, on 7/18/2016 I received an email stating that the funds have been wired to my account. It's now 7/27 and I haven't received anything. They told me it could take 10 business days which gives them until tomorrow.

It's crazy how long it now takes to receive a payment and I'm not feeling all that confident that I will receive my winnings. Slots Plus definitely doesn't deserve the 3 star rating.

I got the withdrawal mentioned above, just today.
It took less than 10 working days. The withdrawal time was better than the 2nd withdrawal.

Except the withdrawal time, I am very satisfied with Mainstreet Vegas Casinos.
Faster withdrawal will surely make this casino reputable.

I am amazed that they are still in business. It seems that they don't care. How can they justify that you wait weeks before you get paid? My guess is that they are hoping that you play and lose the money.

Regarding my 4th withdrawal above, I have just talked with the Finance Department.

I was told that it would be included in the next batch of payment provider, so that I would get it at the end of next week or during the following week. So, it will take over 2 weeks again 😢

But, it is good to know the estimate time anyway 🙂

I agree, I shouldn't have had to contact them for information they need. I finally got a partial payment on April 1st. I'm still trying to get the last payment from them. I was told it would come this week. I've tried chatting with finance a couple times, but after a couple minutes I get kicked out with a message that finance is not available. I just want to be done with them. This is crazy!

Hmmm, I have my 4th withdrawal (less than a thousand) pending in Vegas Casino Online. But, it has been 3 days now...

Yes, I'd be lying if i'd throw a number on my total deposits, because I can't remember, and it also depends on how far back we go, because they did pay out money in the past etc. on deposits i made before. But yes, these latest 'sessions' leading up to this whole situation, my total withdrawal amount for sure by FAR exceeds my total deposit amount. I can't even log in anymore to check the History of my account, though, so i can't say for sure.. only if i'd check the credit card statements and/or plow through my whole Neteller history looking for deposits made to them i'd know the correct amount.

Ed, this still sounds like a convenient excuse by Slots Plus. I bet that the deposits that Slots Plus decided to refund are less than the $8300 that Mccormickxx wanted to withdraw.

James Rezler, it looks like that the Mainstreet Group has not changed. First of all, you should not have had to contact security eight days after your payment request to find out that they needed more verification papers. Reputable Casinos usually email within three days to let you know if there is a problem and what the problem is. Also, telling you that they will start processing your request within several days, after three weeks have already passed, is definitely not customer friendly. I don't know what they mean by several days but they will keep bleeding customers if they continue with that kind of behavior.

I'd also like to add, that no actual chargebacks were ever made by me, only indeed threats. I was in conversation with Neteller to look at my options with them aswell, but actually didn't get any reply yet. (still not as of yet). I'm also very curious to see how much the "refunds/chargebacks" they apparantly have done now, amount to. I've done a ton of Neteller deposits, and saw virtually 0 come back from that so far. I also have no idea about my credit card deposits untill i get my monthly statement, or if i contact my credit card company.

If that is correct then I sympathise with you. I have expressed my thoughts on chargebacks recently here. They are a legitimate means of recovering money when you have been ripped off or not gotten what you paid for. I think however that in this case you jumped the gun and, although not exactly fairly IMHO, created the problem for yourself. No doubt the casino's handling of the delays, where they won't tell you anything and keep fobbing you off to someone else the next day or week, is not good enough.

The problem is that casinos don't share my views and the word chargeback is like a red rag to a bull to them, especially the ones that accept U.S. players. I spoke to the management of this casino last week on behalf of James Rezler who posted above, and they have recently had one of their payment processors shut down. This would probably have contributed to the delays you were experiencing. So they are likely to be especially twitchy with anyone that uses the C word as this can result in the same thing happening again.

On the other hand, that is a casino operator's problem and as a player you should not have to worry about such things. I'm willing to contact them on your behalf and see if the situation can't be saved, but if they have already refunded your deposits then I doubt we're going to get anywhere. I'll send you a private message for details.

These casino's (all of Mainstreet Group, consisting of Slots Plus, Sun Palace, Vegas Casino Online, Las Vegas USA, and Old Havana Casino) just stole 8931$ total from me, they are NOT paying out! I've been gambling for over 8 years at over 30 different sites total, and i've not once ran into such a big scam!! Can you please take any action against them, such as adding this negative review, or stopping advertisement for them? I feel gutted being stolen for such a big amount of money.

I thought I had previously tried all of the free spin bonuses listed here but today realized I hadn't used this one. I used the 20 free spins coupon and met the requirements for playthrough. I know this because i kept checking the amount in the coupon section and when it disappeared i sent a live chat message to have them check for me before i requested the withdrawal. The operator congratulated me, said i had finished the play requirements so i requested the maximum of $50. I realize this isn't much but that's all that was allowed. For more than a week i didn't get notification that they had received my request so I asked the finance department to check. They responded with a standard message (twice) stating that Slots plus would look at my account, review it, and then, if they felt it was a legitimate withdrawal, they would email me. I asked what reasons would they not payout but they never responded. I received an email a few days ago saying they had reviewed my account and i still had to play Required Wagers of $2,755.90 and had only used met : $522.60.
This doesn't correspond with the operator at live chat or their website. I emailed them back and have gotten no response. I question whether they are looking at the 2nd coupon and deposit i used where i lost it all. I don't think i will hear back from them so my rating for this casino would be NO STARS if that could be a rating! Customer service is terrible! The finance department on live chat wasn't helpful and one question took over 10 minutes.

I don't play at Slots Plus anymore because they are part of the same group that owns Sun Palace Casino. The reason is that I won twice at Sun Palace Casino and in both times, casino listings had to intervene for me to get paid. The first time, they said that I had to wait a month before they process my withdrawal request. The second time, they simply did not act on it until weeks later when casinolistings intervenes. If this group is the best that Costa Rica has to offer, then I will advise people to avoid Costa Rica casinos.

I was bored one Saturday, and thought I'd throw 25 bucks into this casino to pass some time. I was awarded a first time player bonus of $100.00 to play with. Within a matter of 3 hours, I turned my 125.00 into over 13K in winnings. The play through on the bonus was 1350.00 before I could cash out, so I started playing 25.00 spins. In the end, I was able to cash out with $595.00.

So....why did I give it 2 stars? Their support is HORRIBLE. I had to jump through so many hoops to cash out my $595.00 that it almost made me want to give up. I just played at Slots Plus and here's what I think of this RTG casino . games played great , bonus was great and here's the " BUT" This has to be the tightest casino ( RTG ) that I've ever played at , I am so disappointed with the lack of game features ie.. free spins ... I had nearly none on the games I played , and when I did finally get free spins I'd end up with less then 10.00 when it was over . I bet from 50 cents to 1.00 and found this casino lacking in any entertainment value what so ever . I read the review of Slots Plus Casino here on Casino Listings Online before registering there. I had high hopes for the casino based on that review, but no more.

Early in November, I made several small deposits at Slots Plus amounting to a couple hundred dollars. Then, while playing the slot machine Vulcan, I hit a jackpot of $6000. A few days later, I submitted withdrawal requests totaling $5000, along with all necessary personal and banking documentation. The casino accepted everything as being complete and appropriate. My initial withdrawal request was on October 11th. As of today, almost 6 weeks later now, I've not received a dime.

The casino insists the wire transfer is in process, but that it may take yet another week for me to see it in my bank account. The following statement regarding withdrawals is taken directly from Slots Plus’ own Terms & Conditions, found on its web site: “Please expect withdrawals to take up to 2 weeks to process. It is very important to us that we meet or exceed your expectations.” Well, my expectations are only that Slots Plus adheres to its own terms and conditions and, if it doesn't, to specifically explain why it is failing to do so. To date, it’s done neither.

Let me summarize my review of Slots Plus this way: 1) play; 2) WIN; 3) request withdrawal; 4) two weeks later, wait for withdrawal to arrive per Slots Plus terms and conditions; 5) four weeks later, continue to wait for withdrawal; 6) six weeks later and counting, still waiting for withdrawal. You tell me: what’s wrong with this picture?

This casino is another one that is powered by Real Time Gaming online gambling software, which I rate quite good, but - as I said in not the first review - it looks like a grandpa ( if compared to Rival or Marvel graphics 🙂 )

Slots plus casino i tried only few times, but it is good online casino, because i read many good words from players about this online casino and also good reviews and high ratings. I am also happy with that casino, because there is nothing bad about it, but unfortunately it is not so great like club world operator. But i am happy to list pluses.

I ended up trying Slots Plus while I was bonus whoring and took advantage of the CL free chip here. I ended up losing my money on the chip quickly, but ended up becoming a depositing customer after I read the positive reviews by the other users on the site here.

My Slots Plus Casino Review. At Slots Plus casino I find that the games are very fun and usually pay out well when you're using one of their bonus codes, but when you arent using one of their bonus codes and you deposit, they don't pay out well at all. I'm not sure how that works considering its all supposed to be at random but I feel like its not very likely that if I use a bonus code with an extremely high wagering requirement before withdrawal that I win a lot right until I'm about to meet my wagering requirements but if I dont use a bonus code at all and then deposit that I cant win very much of anything no matter which slots game I play. Ive never been able to personally cash out at this casino so I've never had the opportunity to talk to the support center for any reason. The bonuses they offer are reasonable but the playthrough, in my opinion, is very high. The freechips are really fun but again, the playthrough requirements are on the medium/high side from what I'm used to. I like their tournaments, they tend to be pretty fun but I've never won anything from those either. Overall, I would say that this is a very fun casino offering a little more than other RTG's out there but they just don't seem to pay out very much, at least when it comes to me. Hi surpassu3, I can assure you that the casino does not have a "death switch" or something programmed to make you lose. It happens to you and me both from time to time. That's the risk you take when you gamble.

Slots Plus is an RTG casino and is, in my experience, one of the better ones (and there are many bad ones!). According to what I have been told I believe that RTG casinos have 3 different return-to-player (RTP) settings available on each of their games - 92.5%, 95%, and 97.5%, with 95% being the default. So it is possible to play what appears to be the same game at different casinos and have a different experience due to a combination of luck and the current RTP setting, which none of them advertise.

I always say if you aren't enjoying yourself at a casino, there's no reason to stick around - go to one of the many others that have the exact same games and try your luck there. Just be sure to do your research first because if you're an American playing at RTG casinos, there are plenty out there that can and will rip you off.

Lastly I'm not sure what you mean by the comment about the stars? We have given them a good review because they have been around for over a decade and we know they always come through and pay winners, despite them being based in Costa Rica which we normally view with suspicion. They certainly aren't the best casino out there, but they are miles ahead of many others, and indeed most other RTG casinos.

i'll tell you what happend to me. slots played fair at first and i even had one good hit where i won $1700 on a dollar bet "but" once that happend the slots never played the same again and im not talking just that day , im talking ever ! i've chatted with them to ask whats going on with this and they seem to always have the same answer of "its just my luck". well it seem now that my so called luck is going up against their luck and they are the only ones winning day after day after day. it sure seems to me that they have more controll over how the games pay out than what they say. my luck isnt so bad that after the last $1500 ive played betting anywhere from .25 to 2.50 i cant even get to $100 anymore. i can tell you this because its my experience with this casino and i will add that i also believe my new luck is the same with all "mainstreet casinos" . so once you win on mainstreet then thats a good time to leave for ever.

Beware. If you make a deposit and use a bonus code with it. They will consider your deposit to be a bonus as well and you won't be able to withdraw your own money until you meet their play-through requirement.

I played in this casino several times and I only realized that they were doing that this morning when I deposited $26.75 and got a bonus of 45%, which brings my total to $40. The $26.75 is not withdrawable and my playthrough requirement is now $1200. Suffice to say that I will never play in this casino again.
