Review of Slots of Vegas Casino

Slots of Vegas Casino is a Real Time Gaming casino forming part of the Virtual Casino Group of online casinos. This group is famous for their abundant free chips and deposit bonuses. Unfortunately they are also famous for slow payouts, and voiding winnings based on technicalities.

Warning - slow payments, confiscation of winnings

Chances are you have heard of Slots of Vegas due to the free chips they offer. Well so has every scammer, cheater and multi-accounter online. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and wait a long time for your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves.

Sure, go ahead and try out the software for a bit of fun using a free chip code, but when it comes time to deposit your money, stay far away - you can do a lot better at other Real Time Gaming casinos with the same set of games such as Aladdin's Gold, Club USA, Slots Plus, or iNetBet.

Slots Specialisation

Slots of Vegas, as the name implies, primarily focuses on slots games. The Real Time Gaming platform has clear and crisp graphics and realistic sound effects and the slots come in different varieties each possessing a unique type of fun and excitement. And if you want a break from the slots, the casino offers a full range of traditional card and table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Video Poker. There are at least seventy five games available at your disposal at Slots of Vegas Casino.

Customer Support

Customer support can be reached real time through internet chat. Unfortunately you will usually find the support to be fairly hostile, if not outright rude, especially if you are attempting to find out why you are still waiting for payment of a withdrawal. The other options provided include phone and email support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Banking options at Slots of Vegas are fairly limited. They accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Click2Pay, and you can add wire transfer and cashier's cheque to that list for withdrawals.

this place has very terrible customer service. They were very rude to me and i am very upset. I copied a little part of my chat with this representative. hi, i was playing at your casino and i was told that i could not make a withdrawl because i had multiple accounts, but i just opened my account last night.
he closed my account too so i wrote to the manager and i did not get a response
i have other members of my household who play at your site with my computer. so what am i supposed to do when i just opened one?
i am so upset because i was all excited that i won and i could use the money and now your taking it away
i was going to deposit at your casino because i won and i figured it was a good casino but now i cant
Tony: Thank you for holding. I will be with you in a few moments.
ok, thank you.
: welcome
Tony: As Casino rules you can only have one account per household, family,ip address , computer, location , etc .
i was not aware of that
what if there is only one computer in the house? do they have to use my account?
so now what do i do? i cant have my money because of a misunderstanding?
Tony: There is no misunderstanding
Tony: The rules are posted on the Web site .
yes, i didn't know that they had to use my account
Tony: You agreed to the Terms and conditions when you signed in .
: yes, i know that, but i thought it said not to give out your account information to someone.
Tony: these accounts are all under your name
so i let them use my computer to play
Tony: come on.....I really have to assist other players .
Tony: you didn't even put your real name you just pu "K"
Tony: bye amigo
you and the other representative was very mean
Tony: BYE
Tony: Smile
: i am printing this so i can have it on record how i am being treated
BYE
info: Chat session has ended. This may have been a technical error.

I have to say that your multiple users story sounds very unconvincing (especially not even putting in your real name on the accounts) and the casino terms are clear. You are right on one point though - the CS was not exactly courteous. Though I guess if a large part of my job consisted of dealing with people who try to use the no deposit bonus codes multiple times until they win, I would probably get sick of it too.

These people are liars!!! When making a deposit, I was told that it didn't go through and that i should do it again, I tried 3 more times until it went through. I was told my account would only be charged for the 1 deposit that I was credited for, nope, they charged me for all four and refuse to credit my account back. I was told lie after lie, my refund was supposed to have been completed 3 times now and still haven't seen a cent.Stay clear of these thieves and all of their other list of casinos. One time i'd like to hear of an online casino that is fair.

Sorry to hear than minfin - like we say in the review, don't deposit with these guys. Try the free chips by all means but leave it at that. If you want a good casino with the same RTG games, try Slots Plus, Cherry Red, Slots Oasis, Club USA, Aladdin's Gold, Lucky Red, or iNetBet. All are solid casinos run by professionals.

Don't expect payment. I won over $3000.00 which was left on until i played it down to 2500.00 a nd attempted a withdrawal. Then they voided it out completely.

slots of vegas does not pay you what you are owed and they give you the round a round when you call them. I do not recommend people to use this casino. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

It will depend on a combination of where you live, withdrawal method used, casino cash-flow, mood of the payments department, and the luck of the gods with these guys. Don't be surprised if those authorisation forms "go missing" or "are the wrong format or size" and you are asked to send them again. Good luck!

Casino informed me that more than 100 accounts; in fact a total of 444 account have been opened from your same computer, under your name or names similar to yours with slight differences.
Unfortunately casino has closed your accounts and canceled them all as per Free Chip abuse.
