this place has very terrible customer service. They were very rude to me and i am very upset. Sorry but i have to say that Tony is right .You can not have multiple accounts, its your own mistake you didnt read terms and conditions.

I have to say that your multiple users story sounds very unconvincing (especially not even putting in your real name on the accounts) and the casino terms are clear. You are right on one point though - the CS was not exactly courteous. Though I guess if a large part of my job consisted of dealing with people who try to use the no deposit bonus codes multiple times until they win, I would probably get sick of it too.
