I shoukd have read these reviews before going to this awful site. Without going into my experience with the deposit and withdrawal process, I wanted to pass along some additional warnings regarding Slots of Vegas.
1. They ask for your phone number and give the notice "don't worry, we won't call you" - that is a lie. They have been texting and calling me since. I can't get through to customer support to get removed.
2. I suspect their is some identy theft risk here. I wanted to deposit more money, but they said they had to update my file. In order to do this, they asked for DL/PP, CC and a utility bill.
I reported this site to the FCC.

Hi..i being waiting n sending my docs many times since Dec 27 2017 for a withdrawal n they give me the same excuse that they dont have the card auth form that i had send them many times. Is there anything i can do so they pay me??

Waiting on 2 withdraws for three months now. The chat associates are clueless and just keep saying we are pushing it through! Still nothing. The customer service is pathetic and they do not pay out your winnings!. Do not waste your money on this horrible casino. There are many that use the same gaming software that actually do pay!

To be fair, although these guys are crooked, it is the RTG software that does that when you claim a bonus or free chip with a maximum cashout limit. The idea behind it is sound - they want to make it clear that you can only withdraw $50. However we have had complaints from players in the past that once they cut it back to $50 if you keep playing and get back above $50 they still won't pay the extra winnings. You're basically placed in a no win situation. So if it happens to you, stop playing and withdraw the $50 and hope they pay.

I worked up from 100 to about 750 and then mid game as I was making 25 dollar bets it all of a sudden said 50. Apparently they just with no notice took it down to 100 (well 50)... what a joke

this is the information I got this evening from using the live chat for Slots of Vegas. I cancelled the $1200.00 and played with that money. I lost and was down to 400.00 plus and won a little and then lost again. Won again and was up to $635.60...the following is what I was told:

I too have been scammed by Slots of Vegas. They started a "Achievement Award" program and once you reach a certain level they give you money. I got $50.00 and when I was playing with this money, I won 1600.00 plus and I decided to withdraw $1200.00 (Sept.6), and play with the rest and of course I lost the rest. I didn't hear from them about the withdraw until Sept. 16 that it was declined. On Sept. 9 I deposited $50.00 and used the code for a bonus of 175.00 and I knew that you had to play about 50 times or so before withdrawing. Now mean while I was playing on another transaction and NOT the Achievement Award money that was given to me on Sept. 6. I looked on their "Achievement Award: website regarding any rules for withdrawing money and NONE was there. I tried to get some answers from using their chat and was told that I had to use that money ($1200.00) because I didn't reach the play through for the deposit I did on Sept. 9 when I used the bonus code. I said that was a separate transaction and they told me NO...does that make sense? I will not make anymore deposits with Slots of Vegas or any of their other online casinos. I have spent lots of money on their casino and have only had one withdraw go through after 2 long months it took. WATCH OUT FOR SLOTS OF VEGAS

Slots of vegas owned by virtual group of casinos and this is very good know group of casinos for it is cheating and scaming players around all the world but of course most cheated players is from united states of america because not many players from other countries playing real time gaming software luckily we have much more better games from net entertainment or microgaming or playtech and few others and also there is much more less rogue casinos. I join this casino because i find at one affiliate web site information about no deposit coupon in this casino and i thought it will be great idea to try this new for me casino with so big no deposit bonus that was 50 dollars if i am good to remember this bonus. I have also been getting the run around on my payout. It has been approved about 3 weeks ago and still no check and I am getting the same ol same ol...processors can't process....a few more days for tracking info. every day I go to live chat same story different day.
No matter how good the deposit bonus you might as well play in fun mode cuz you MOST likely will NOT get your payout.
I have learned the hard way.😢

I must admit the level of service with Gibralter based casinos is very high. When I won my progressive jackpot playing a bingo game at Jackpotjoy using money from weekly free spins, I really didn't expect to receive it. When I received emails and phone calls helping me to submit my I.D. and then the same day payout, I was really happy and pleasantly surprised.

I can't find them listed on this site. I realise they are more of a bingo site, but they have slots and casino games along with a weekly free game when you play £2 in the previous 7 days.

Maybe they should be added along with other sites like that, but are they really casinos?

Hi there Lincolnimp1. Sorry to hear you are yet another player who has fallen afoul of these crooks.

I am actually pleased to hear that games that are excluded on a bonus now have a padlock to stop you from playing them. We have been saying for years that casinos should do that to prevent people from accidentally invalidating their winnings. So you go ahead and do the right thing, the software blocks the games while you have a bonus, then you play roulette when it allows you and they still refuse to pay you! No surprise with these guys. They are owned by a convicted fraudster and operate from Costa Rica where there is no accountability and they are untouchable.

From your account profile here I can see you are in the UK. My advice to you is to stick to casinos that are regulated and licensed in places such as the UK, Gibraltar, Kahnawake, and the Isle of Man. There is no reason for you to take an extra risk and play at an unregulated casino like this one.

I wish I had found this site prior to playing at Slots Of Vegas. I was sent an email bonus offer with no play through and no maximum withdrawal, so I decided to try $30. The site gave me $102 and I checked the cashier where it all was listed as bonus with a play requirement of $132. I should mention this was a slots and keno bonus and I noticed the games I could not play all had padlock symbols and couldn't be played at all.

I started to play the slots and then I went on 3 stooges where to my surprise, the jackpot came in paying about $6230.
I was obviously very happy and I checked the requirements to withdraw. I still needed to play $55 and I proceeded to do that. My balance was then $6290 and I decided to look for another game. The cashier section had changed and there was no play requirement with all funds available to withdraw. I also noticed in the new games section that the roulette had been unlocked. I now consider this entrapment.

When your funds and bonus have normally fulfilled any requirements and become available, you can play without restriction. The fact that the padlocks were removed merely reinforces that belief, but it is a fraud.

I played on the roulette believing everything was ok, why else would the padlocks be removed at the same time as the requirements were fulfilled?
When I went into chat to ask how to withdraw, the woman became hysterical and immediately said that she was resetting my account because I had played roulette. I explained about the padlocks and she just carried on about resetting. I asked for a manager and Eric came on. It was more of the same and they just ignored me whenever I mentioned the padlocks and the requirement. They said that I had played roulette before winning the jackpot which was totally impossible because I couldn't play at that time.

I refused to allow them to reset the account, even though Eric said that he was almost certain they would void my winnings. He said he would talk to the withdrawal department, but didn't expect them to let me keep the winnings. I then came across reviews and decided they would steal the money anyway, so I played roulette throwing some of it away.

I contacted Eric the following day and he said I had played roulette again, so he really didn't think they would let me keep the winnings, but he had said that all along. He then took the remaining money and offered to reset the account with my original deposit. I refused stating that if I won they would not pay, so I wanted a refund. He said he had asked for one and then promptly closed the account. I doubt that I shall receive it.

There is no information that I could find about specific bonuses in the terms and conditions. The way the site is set up deliberately shows a requirement with blocks in place until the requirement is met. Then they remove the blocks and say you have breached the terms.

Apparently, my bonus meant that no matter how much I won, I could NEVER play any game other than slots or keno.

No matter how many people choose another site because of these reviews, slots of vegas will simply make excessive profits by refusing to pay.

My advice, play Jackpotjoy or Costa Bingo or some other site that people on here recommend. Jackpotjoy were incredibly helpful and even phoned me when I won £28500 on a progressive bingo game. They wanted me to have the money and seemed genuinely happy for me, whereas Slots of Vegas should be blocked by Internet providers around the world because they want to have your jackpots!

It will depend on a combination of where you live, withdrawal method used, casino cash-flow, mood of the payments department, and the luck of the gods with these guys. Don't be surprised if those authorisation forms "go missing" or "are the wrong format or size" and you are asked to send them again. Good luck!

Don't expect payment. I won over $3000.00 which was left on until i played it down to 2500.00 a nd attempted a withdrawal. Then they voided it out completely.

Sorry to hear than minfin - like we say in the review, don't deposit with these guys. Try the free chips by all means but leave it at that. These people are liars!!! When making a deposit, I was told that it didn't go through and that i should do it again, I tried 3 more times until it went through. I was told my account would only be charged for the 1 deposit that I was credited for, nope, they charged me for all four and refuse to credit my account back. I was told lie after lie, my refund was supposed to have been completed 3 times now and still haven't seen a cent.Stay clear of these thieves and all of their other list of casinos. One time i'd like to hear of an online casino that is fair.

I have to say that your multiple users story sounds very unconvincing (especially not even putting in your real name on the accounts) and the casino terms are clear. You are right on one point though - the CS was not exactly courteous. Though I guess if a large part of my job consisted of dealing with people who try to use the no deposit bonus codes multiple times until they win, I would probably get sick of it too.

this place has very terrible customer service. They were very rude to me and i am very upset.
