Rushmore Casino is an elegant site powered by Real Time Gaming, and is part of the Rushpod Investments group which also includes Slots Oasis and Cherry Red casinos. The website is stylishly loaded with animated flash graphics and is one of the more impressive online casino websites around today. Like most other RTG casinos, Rushmore continues to accept players from the United States.

Warning - extremely slow payments

Just a general note to warn that customers of the casinos in this group have reported to us incidences of extremely slow payment of winnings. Players should expect to wait at least a month to receive a payment from this group, and each payment is generally capped at a maximum of $2000 per instalment.

Update (November 2012): It appears the casinos for this group have either disappeared or gone out of business without warning. We have added them to our blacklist because even if they do re-appear they have irreparably lost what little trust they may have had with this latest development.

Rushmore Game Selection

Rushmore Casino offers over 100 casino games and progressive jackpot slots. Slot selections are highlighted by the casino. Flash versions of a limited range of games are provided, which makes for easy accessibility. Like most other casinos though, players have to download and install the casino’s software to enjoy the full range of games on offer. Banking and Support

Rushmore provides several payment methods including all major credit cards, Click2Pay, Neteller, ECO Card and MyCitadel. Initially excellent in the withdrawal processing department, we have had reports of late that withdrawals are becoming a long and slow process, which is not helped by the $2000 per week withdrawal limit. Customer Service can be contacted via a 24/7 toll free number, fax or email.

Rushmore and its sister casinos have seen their reputations tarnished somewhat over the course of 2011 due to slow payment of winnings. At this point we are hesitant to recommend this casino, even to U.S. players with limited choices for their online gambling action. While we have no complaints of outright non payment, if you do decide to try them out, be aware that withdrawals can be slow.

The$10 free chip listed here at Rushmore No Deposit Bonus Code 10CLST does not work. I registered and was a new player. The code wouldn't work and the live help contact would not honor it either.

I have been waiting for over 30 days for payment from Rushmore (I have used them for about 3 years and while payments have sometimes been weeks, I've never experienced anything like this). First, I had to enter all kinds of extra information, including full bank street address and additional banking codes. Recently, I received an email from Tara Murdoch indicating that she was now in charge of Withdrawals (a change in management). I hope nothing fishy is going on there, but I sit here awaiting $360 still. They claim they'll need to mail a check once more "details are gathered". Don't go here right now.

Thanks for the feedback Cortana. Its a shame because Rushmore and their sister casinos used to be really good and very professionally run. You are absolutely right - we highly recommend players steer clear until we hear that they have fixed whatever problems they have currently.

Do not use this Casino!!!!! I have been waiting for two months for my payout. First they make you send a lot of details that you have to scan and send, including your id, your bank account numbers, a recent electricity bill, social security, etc. Then, two weeks later they send an email saying the withdrawal was rejected because I didn't give the full street address of my bank, which they never asked for. So I sent it and three weeks later they rejected my withdrawal again because they said I provided the wrong account number, which I am certain I did not. I'm still waiting for my payout and I ask them every night when I return from work whether or not it has been sent. They continue to say "we're sorry, there is currently a back log."

Wow, so sorry to hear this. I do see in the review, above, that they have very slow payments, and they are definitely not highly rated here.
