Ruby Slots is a new name for VIP Lounge Casino which underwent something of a rebranding exercise in late 2012. The casino is a Real Time Gaming casino owned by the Costa Rican based Virtual Casino Group. Casinos in this group have an unenviable reputation for non-payment of winnings, slow withdrawal processes, and strict enforcement of a massive list of confusing terms and conditions. They are so bad in fact, that they sit atop our casino blacklist page as the undisputed worst group of casinos in the world today.

Warning - late payments, terms and conditions abusers

You might have heard of Ruby Slots / VIP Lounge Casino due to the no deposit free chips they offer. The business method at this group seems to be to reel people in with unbelievable offers, then milk them mercilessly. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and to wait a long time to receive your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves. Alternatively, they may just refuse to pay you because they don't feel like it that day.

I played ruby slots for almost 4 years until 3 weeks ago after I made a 240$ withdrawal request, and really got to see ruby casino for what it really is and SCAM, UNPROFESSIONAL, THIEFS , LIARS AND PRETTY MUCH DISHONEST BOTTOM FEEDERS OF A CASINO. SO AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER and spending lots of money and keeping my account in good standings and after my 2nd withdrawal request for 240$ after waiting 13 days to be accused and slandered by customer service representatives
#1 was told I have issues with my bank for a dispute I made. I've never used a bank to deposit only used bitcoin for deposits, then was asked to agree that I owe 450$ to the casino by the first rep.
The second rep said 1500$ and then said I agreed to this which I never did after many attempts to discuss my account they just kept saying I owed them. All for a 240$ they couldn't or didn't want to pay. They are officially the worst casino that steals from people and needs to be shut down and fined. Please help me bring the fake casino down

NEVER play Ruby Slots unless you are willing to lose all your winnings, This online casino will make all kinds of excuses to delay your winning withdrawals and in the end will inform you that you have violated their rules. AVOID this casino under all circumstances. This casino should be closed. I will find ways to hack this casino ...All you A holes who work for this company beware and keep looking over your shoulders...your lives are cursed working for this company.

Ruby slots does not honor winnings!
I won on a no rules bonus and ruby slots did not honor my win as they added cashback on top of my balance! Their rules specifically state that if you have a balance and cashback is added to that balance the rules of the bonus you were playing apply. I was playing a no rules no play through or withdrawal max bonus and won 1500 dollars and they said my cashback is how I won! That is not true I had a balance in my acct when the cashback was added and yet they will not pay me! On top of that as I argued with them for two months they did then say my withdrawal was approved which was 1400 at the time as they already started processing the 100 and now they are saying oh that withdrawal approval was to remove it from ur acct??!! What??? I said it's says manager approval manager withdrawal on the same day I got confirmation that my withdrawal was approved which shows on their site 1400! Needless to say now that I'm checking the status of that check they are saying all you won was 100 and the 1500 was declined because u won on cashback! Give me a break I did not win 1500 on the 40 dollars cashback it was on my deposit and no rules fiesta bonus! Cashback was added into my balance and their rules say the binus rules would apply! Not true they do not honor their rules! They do not want to pay just take ur money!!!!!!

Worst online casino. They don’t pay out winnings! Been trying since the 4th to get mine and today is the 20th! They don’t care when you contact them then they lie about when you will get paid. Yet to see my winnings! They took my money quick!

It's been close to five weeks and I've not received my withdrawal from this casino. They're support has stopped responding. They first told me that I would have to wait 10-15 business days for processing. I understand why this casino is listed as a rogue casino. I would suggest avoiding this casino group at all costs. The tactic is luring players with big bonuses and then not paying or staling on withdrawals.

Ruby Slots, one big poor casino,
i cannot understand how they can provide such poor help to players, i managed to win something long time ago, from a free promotion, while making a deposit to cashout they added an bonus on top of this and couldn't removed it so i lost everything i went so angry they blocked my account, made me more happier actually, big bad casino. so many people never have been paid, or put so much time in dealing with there CS to receive there cashout after weeks of dealing with them, they should be fair to players if u do that u will get more players and more good advertising and reviews, the games they provide are good RTG cheap but fun, promotions are scam u need to read t&C's very good especially the max bet rule cause they change this on several different deposit bonuses, and they are not all the same, wagering is really high, and a freebie they never give. overall not really recommended to play there.

Never Play At Ruby Slots Casino!
I saw an ad for a free $50 bonus if you open a new account, so I did. Immediately, after completing my registration a "Survey" of 4 simple questions pops up. It states you can receive an additional $20, for answering these questions. So I did, and started to play with my free $20 survey money. I got my balance up to over $12,000 within a few hours. When I contacted customer service to find out how to make a withdraw, I was told that I could only withdraw $100, as per the rules, which were never posted anywhere. When I went to withdraw my $100, I was told I couldn't because I had never made a cash deposit...... duh, I was playing on a new customer bonus. Also, although I was first told I could withdraw $100, their w/d rules only let you w/d starting at $200. So, therefore, you could never withdraw any amount won from their bonus chips! This is the biggest scam I have ever seen!

Yeah unfortunately sweetblondeee you have found out the hard way about these guys. They have been doing it to people for years now. Hang in there and keep pestering them - they may pay up eventually. Just don't get sucked in to ever playing with them again.

I'm a new online gamer. You'd think they'd want to even remotely try to keep a newbie, right? I won a nice bit of money over 3 months ago. Fulfilled all requirements for payout. I have yet to see it though, still. Every week I contact them.. how much longer? Every single time I contact them, I am told about a new thing that I wasn't aware of last time I got help... They are really good at pretending you'll get your money after each supposed wait time but they don't tell you that the next step is another 10 to 14 days. "after processing, it takes 10 to 14 business days", then it goes into "approval".. after approval, it takes 10 to 14 business days to "be sent" whatever that means, because they don't mean it is sent to you. Then after it is "sent" it takes 10 to 14 days to go to 3rd party processors. Apparently January to February is 14 business days. I was supposed to get and promised I'd get my payout weeks ago. I am guessing at this point it will never happen. Don't go anywhere near this place, unless you like giving away your money for nothing. Never never again will I deal with these people. They are either just ffing with me or they are lying..

I must say that I dislike this casino at all, and I have not experienced there anything, that I would enjoy or that would be pleasant, except the fact, that I have got paid from the no deposit bonus chip 😲 I know, it is quite bold item in the list, but there were another details, that make this casino unwillig to play in the future despite the withdrawal.
This casino is, as well said in official review, not recommended to play 🙂 and provides Real Time Gaming software games (and many no deposit chips 😀. I have not deposited but claimed the no deposit bonus in the past and converted it into money - met the wagering requirements - quite easily (for information, game Golden Lotus, various stakes - I do not know their rules about max bet stake but now I am surprised that I did not break anything like that 🙂 because stakes vary greatly). I requested withdrawal, first was account closing and some security breach, then check, then opening, then deposit needed to withdraw, then verification, then waiting, then another complementary verification. Then another waiting, now the longest, with unclear live support replies to my questions about the time of processing withdrawal... and in cca 1 month I received the money, finally (I have not even think about it yet that time 🙂 ).
1/5 (in fact its ~1.2/5, just thanks to the withdrawal 🙂 )

Hello 😉 I read about the casino group which also runs rubyslots on another website. they statet that there were severe issues in the past but that after years the casino management contacted them and found some kind of solution. As they wrote they are also solving cases from the past (that was a condition from the website to give them a chance from escaping the blacklist)...

so I thought that this smart correction ishould give them a chance...

so i signed up at one of them which also advertised for rubyslots with a 100 freechjip and as i love to gamble i just tried it out...

guess --> that was the first time ever i made it and met the wagering requirements.. 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

so i stopped and contacted live support. they gave me instructions how to withdraw and also offered to take the documents i already sent to the other casino. They certainly do share information between those casinos. They are not run independently and they are serviced by the same support, same management, same everything. They are all just as bad as each other I'm afraid.

I registered at Ruby Slots, and even sent the documents for verification (since I had them handy from another casino). I used the free chip and then made one deposit with the promo. A few days later, I made another deposit and tried to redeem the code they advertised. It was rejected. I used online chat and asked why, and they said management had determined that I did not need the bonuses anymore.
I suspect that they work with other casinos in this group (Cirrus, Coocat, Prism, Virtual, PartyCity, Clubplayer, Wild Vegas, Slots of Vegas, and Palace of Chance), and saw that I had actually requested a total of 3 withdrawals from other member casinos (totaling less than $1500, which was less than I had actually deposited).
Somehow this made me an expert of some sort on playing slot machines!
And this was after THEY TOLD ME that I needed to send documents to EACH casino separately, because they operate independently.
After the chat, I deleted that casino's software from my computer.

Went to customer support and asked what promos were available to me. Was told MYSTERY300 with no playthrough or max withdrawal. She said that she would redeem the promo for me, so I went and deposited 100 to play to find out that she made a mistake and I'm not allowed any bonuses whats so ever. She said she checked my account, then when I asked for the manager he pretty much said tuff luck you don't get anything. I asked if they could give me something with a playthrough and they wouldn't even do that. I read the news at the bottom of the screen which said that you have to have a VIP support staff offer you a promo, which I thought Nicole was support staff, he said she was a cs agent?🤷??? They still wouldn't budge. Suggested I play with my own money and call it a night. I demanded a refund.
