Ruby Slots is a new name for VIP Lounge Casino which underwent something of a rebranding exercise in late 2012. The casino is a Real Time Gaming casino owned by the Costa Rican based Virtual Casino Group. Casinos in this group have an unenviable reputation for non-payment of winnings, slow withdrawal processes, and strict enforcement of a massive list of confusing terms and conditions. They are so bad in fact, that they sit atop our casino blacklist page as the undisputed worst group of casinos in the world today.

Warning - late payments, terms and conditions abusers

You might have heard of Ruby Slots / VIP Lounge Casino due to the no deposit free chips they offer. The business method at this group seems to be to reel people in with unbelievable offers, then milk them mercilessly. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and to wait a long time to receive your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves. Alternatively, they may just refuse to pay you because they don't feel like it that day.

The bottom line is we advise people strongly to not deposit money at this casino. You can do a lot better at other Real Time Gaming casinos with the same set of games such as Club USA, Aladdin's Gold, Slots Plus, or iNetBet.

Customer support can be reached in real time via a live chat interface. Perhaps staffed by a crew of overworked people tired of hearing from armchair James Bonds threatening to "go 007 on their ass" if they don't get paid their winnings quicker, you'll sometimes find them a tad direct and unhelpful. Other than that, your options include phone and email support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Banking options at Ruby Slots are rather limited - you may deposit via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Click2Pay, and you can add wire transfer and cashier's cheque to that list when making a withdrawal.

Went to customer support and asked what promos were available to me. Was told MYSTERY300 with no playthrough or max withdrawal. She said that she would redeem the promo for me, so I went and deposited 100 to play to find out that she made a mistake and I'm not allowed any bonuses whats so ever. She said she checked my account, then when I asked for the manager he pretty much said tuff luck you don't get anything. I asked if they could give me something with a playthrough and they wouldn't even do that. I read the news at the bottom of the screen which said that you have to have a VIP support staff offer you a promo, which I thought Nicole was support staff, he said she was a cs agent?I don't know??? They still wouldn't budge. Suggested I play with my own money and call it a night. I demanded a refund.

Just a quick note that these guys have moved domains and renamed this casino to Ruby Slots. Don't fall for the trap - this is not a new casino, it's the same old rogue undergoing a rebranding exercise.

I registered at Ruby Slots, and even sent the documents for verification (since I had them handy from another casino). I used the free chip and then made one deposit with the promo. A few days later, I made another deposit and tried to redeem the code they advertised. It was rejected. I used online chat and asked why, and they said management had determined that I did not need the bonuses anymore.
I suspect that they work with other casinos in this group (Cirrus, Coocat, Prism, Virtual, PartyCity, Clubplayer, Wild Vegas, Slots of Vegas, and Palace of Chance), and saw that I had actually requested a total of 3 withdrawals from other member casinos (totaling less than $1500, which was less than I had actually deposited).
Somehow this made me an expert of some sort on playing slot machines!
And this was after THEY TOLD ME that I needed to send documents to EACH casino separately, because they operate independently.
After the chat, I deleted that casino's software from my computer.

They certainly do share information between those casinos. They are not run independently and they are serviced by the same support, same management, same everything. They are all just as bad as each other I'm afraid.

ruby slots casino have real time gaming software and of course every one know that this is not very safe software not so bad like top game for example but number of real time gaming casinos that black listed is really high. I use ruby slots casino same way like most this bad casinos and i am glad that this casinos never cheat me because i think it is very lucky thing and i am happy with that. Ruby slots casino allow to download software on personal computer and this is prevent lags in games and of course like always i must admit that ability to download software on personal computer it is the only one good thing about this casino all other things is most likely will not be nice for you and of course you can not expect good service from this casino. I only get no deposit bonus from this casino it was redeemed with no any problem but after losing it i am uninstall casino and forget about it. This is rogue casino that want only to take your money and you should not play in this casino because it is black listed. I give 1 star to this very big rogue casino.

Hello Wink I read about the casino group which also runs rubyslots on another website. they statet that there were severe issues in the past but that after years the casino management contacted them and found some kind of solution. As they wrote they are also solving cases from the past (that was a condition from the website to give them a chance from escaping the blacklist)...

so I thought that this smart correction ishould give them a chance...

so i signed up at one of them which also advertised for rubyslots with a 100 freechjip and as i love to gamble i just tried it out...

guess --> that was the first time ever i made it and met the wagering requirements.. lol lol lol lol lol

so i stopped and contacted live support. they gave me instructions how to withdraw and also offered to take the documents i already sent to the other casino. They told me that the processing and waiting time would take a while, holowever i wasn´t surprised because i read few parts of their terms and conditions... anyway - i wouldnt complain if i just get free 100 bucks onto my neteller account. I think it took about 2 weeks or so then it arrived. The support was very niceto me, however i have just started playing there in 2014. It might have been worse in former times. If i read about the past it seems to me that they have improved a lot.
