Looks good at first, but this is a BIG NO-NO when it comes to customer service.
I managed to score about €1600 worth of winnings on the slots. They confiscated all of my winnings cause I made ONE bet on roulette with more than 30% of my bonus of worth. The roulette netted me about €200. Instead of doing what REAL customer service should do = (deduct the 200 from my overall winnings) they confiscated ALL of my winnings. I wrote them a LONG and emotional mail about how I felt. - Got a cold hearted standard response just referring to the rules.
A big warning, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CASINO. There are SO many out there that actually care about their customers.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CASINO.

Sorry to hear that Proxster. Sounds like you have run afoul of their anti "bonus abuse" clause which is in their T&Cs. It is pretty standard term so you probably would have had the same problem at most other casinos.
If you are wondering as to why they have this clause, it is because it is a well known strategy to get more value out of bonuses by placing a huge wager on a 50/50 (or close) game at the start in order to boost the bankroll so that the wagering can then be completed on slots. If you already knew that before you placed the bet, then you should also have known about the associated risks. If you didn't know then its a harsh lesson and you have my sympathy (it has happened to me before too). The sad reality is that so many people have done and continue to try this at casinos that customer support departments are more or less deaf to complaints about it now - they view everyone as a "bonus abuser" without exception.
As to whether they could have simply subtracted the €200 and paid you the rest, that would depend on whether that money enabled you to place wagers that you otherwise would not have when you played the slots. And that is open to wide interpretation - i.e. if you had €200 more, it would have allowed you to make more slot spins, and it could have enabled you to place larger bets than if you did not, thus leading to more slot winnings. In those situations the casinos are not likely to rule in your favour.
Yet again (and I've been saying this for years), this sort of thing could easily be avoided by casinos instituting betting limits on the games, or blocking disallowed games while you have the bonus so that no-one can possibly do this by mistake.

Nothing beats feedback from other players about an online casino, be it good or bad. If you have experience with this casino then we would love to hear about it.
