Rich Casino Review

Rich Casino is an online casino using the software suite from Top Game. It accepts customers from most countries including the USA, and is "licensed" out of Costa Rica (which basically means nothing other than they have a general purpose business license). Open since 2009, the casino initially operated without issue, but in recent times players have complained of non payment when they win. Our own investigations have been ignored by the casino, hence they should be considered blacklisted.

Games and Software

Rich Casino's games are available through an attractive gaming lobby which provides you not only with the games themselves but convenient rules, and explanations of the games. The games on offer include roulette, blackjack, various classic and video slots, video poker and other games, for example keno.

Like all Top Game casinos, the software uses a tabbed browsing interface allowing you to open and play multiple games at once (we're still trying to work out why though). Another altogether more useful feature is the integrated live chat facility which is right there in the casino with you, should you need to speak to a support representative. The download of the software is quick so you'll be up and away in no time.

There are four progressive jackpots available at Top Game casinos, and they are shared between a number of different games. The Stars and Stripes jackpot stood at a touch over $300,000 at the time of this review, while the Fruit Jackpot, and Monster Madness Jackpot were both in six figure territory.

The main drawback we should mention is the number of games which, at around 60 (including line number variations on the same slots), is certainly far less than your average Microgaming or RTG casino has to offer, and is definitely lacking in the table game department.

Promotions

The welcome bonus offered by Rich Casino is currently set at $3333 in total over your first four deposits. An important caveat is that you may not withdraw in between claiming any of these bonuses and your balance must be zeroed. In other words, you can only claim the 2nd bonus if you lose your money on the first.

In addition to the welcome bonus, Rich Casino runs daily bonuses which reward regular depositors, as well as extra deposit coupons. The Master Gamers Club run by the site is the VIP program and whilst all customers receive membership to the Crystal Room, membership of the Titanium and Black Diamond Master Clubs are by invitation only and come with a variety of treats and bonuses.

Banking

Rich Casino processes all transactions in US Dollars, and accepted methods of payment to the site include Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, eWalletXpress, Money Transfer, EcoCard and Neteller. The withdrawal options were a distinct let-down though - there are only four to choose from (only QuickTender/UseMyWallet and eWalletXpress for US players), and withdrawals are only processed once per week, on Mondays. Withdrawals are limited to a maximum of $2500 per week which although poor, is not in itself unusual, but the way Rich Casino handles this issue is not the best. Any excess withdrawal over the $2500 limit is returned to the player's account who is then forced to manually withdraw $2500 a week afterwards - a cheap ploy used by casinos who would prefer players lost their winnings before paying them.

Rich Casino should be avoided by all prospective players. There is a high chance that you will not be paid if you win, and operating out of Costa Rica means there is no recourse for you if you have a dispute with the casino. Steer clear.
