Review of Platinum Play Casino
Shooting for a level above the "gold" metaphor so often pursued by online casinos, Platinum Play aims to provide players an experience that is even better than you may be hoping for, better than what gold can offer you. Platinum Play is operated by Fortune Lounge, a leader in online gambling brands and is therefore a member of the Fortune Lounge Players Club. It is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and also bears the eCOGRA Safe and Fair seal, a sign that you can expect fair gameplay with properly randomised results.
Software and Games
Platinum Play was one of the first few online casinos to use Microgaming as its software provider. Microgaming is known for the quality of software and games they produce. Not only are these games eye candy for many, they are also amazingly easy to play and control. If you are a beginner, the software will work to your advantage.
There are over 300 games available to play at Platinum Play. Slots games dominate the games collection, accounting for the bulk of the portfolio. Aside from slots, there also video poker, table and card games variations. The design of each game is sophisticated, as the element platinum characterizes.
As part of the Microgaming jackpot network, Platinum Play has access to the largest jackpots available online including the world's largest progressive jackpot - the Mega Moolah slot - that recently paid out of $6 million in one sweet hit.
Bonuses and Promotions
Platinum Play offers new and regular players alike a variety of bonus options. Most new players should check out the free play offer which gives you a chance to not only check out the casino without ponying up a cent, but also win yourself a healthy bonus on your first deposit. Apart from that, the casino offers comp points, slots and blackjack tournaments, and individually tailored bonuses to regular players.
Customer Support and Service
Twenty four hour support is what Platinum Play guarantees you. Their ever-ready and helpful customer support professionals will answer your queries and suggestions through email and telephone. This service is available internationally and in fact there are toll free phone numbers for over 20 countries currently available.

I suggest people AVOID Platinum Play. I have been playing there for a year, and while the payouts were initially OK, in the last 6 months clearly something has changed. I deposit in lots of maybe 50, 100,200 - around that amount, and NEVER make any wins. I have been monitoring it recently and can tell you that I can spin maybe 200-300 spins and never get free games or winnings. I can post a list of my deposits here perhaps for people to see. AVOID.

Platinum Play Casino is nothing but a big scam , they have the same games as the other casinos like " Ruby Fortune " but the payout is so bad .. i have been playing with platinum play for over 2 months now and I lost so much money without even hitting a good bonus round 2 times .
think about it this was , in order for you to hit a $500 bonus you need = Deposit at least $2000 and bet at least $3 .
Please , keep your money in your pocket and stay away from this casino .
PLUS , THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD ... THEY IGNORE YOU ALL THE TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT HOURS FOR THEM TO FIX AN ISSUE .
My name is Morat and i am from Canada .

Hi starion and Morat. Thanks for sharing your experience at Platinum Play.
Platinum Play uses Microgaming software which has the exact same odds of payout across all casinos that use the software. Individual casinos cannot control or alter the payout rates of the games. If you click the eCOGRA logo up above in the right column of this review you can see the published payout rate statistics from Platinum Play month by month over several years.
You're the victim of bad luck, which happens all the time in gambling. If you don't like the payouts there, you should avoid all Microgaming casinos altogether as the games are identical.

Platinum Play Payouts are few and far between and when you have a collect and want to withdraw it takes five days for them to prosess it then it take the time for the cheque to arrive. The customer service people are ok but some of them either dont know they are talking about or they just want to get you off the phone. i spoke to one of the customer service team leaders (Jason) and he didnt want to listen and kept talking over the top of me. The email service is hopeless the dont even make the effort to reply to emails. I suggest people AVOID Platinum Play

AVOID AVOID AVOID if you occasionally win like myself you won't be able to get your money back!
They let me make deposits for thousands on there website and when I won some back they closed my account ! Had to email them and ask why and they said they need photos of my cards back and front, passport , bills and photos of me!! I sent all the info but the account is still locked a week on, they are asking for evidence of old cards and more and more obscure things, since looking into it I have seen in not the only person to be tricked by them. It's on going but I'm considering taking it a lot further if nothing is done by the end of the week.
It's a Fortune Lounge casino. 7Sultans, RoyalVegas, etc... all a big crap!!! They have some wierd bonus terms. If your balance is 0.1 and the 0.1 is bonus money, when you deposit, you will have to meet the bonus playthrough from the previous deposit.. A big hail to the stupidity.

DO NOT play at this casino. There are no payouts. The return is zero. DO NOT play!
Thank you CL-Ed. The consistent message about Platinum Play is that it does not pay. I am now keeping screen shots of the total wager and total spins of this casino to prove this. e.g. They have a new game "piggy Fortunes" and tonight I wagered over $500 and over 250 spins without hitting the game feature of ever have more in the bankroll than I started with.
I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over 5 years to prove the site is a scam.
I am writing this review in the hope I will save someone's hard earned money if they read this site before playing at Platinum Play.
I am not a victim of "bad luck" I am victim of a site which does not pay out as others have also stated.
Starion, I understand that you don't like this casino and that is fine, you're entitled to your opinion and you're free to express it here. As I stated before I don't believe that they are cheating you as I know for a fact that they cannot control the outcomes of their games, the same as all other Microgaming casinos. I have played there many times myself (winning some and losing some of course) and never had a problem.
What I don't understand is that you first posted here on June 13, 2012, complaining that you thought they were ripping you off, and now here we are a year later and you're saying you recently played there and you still think they are ripping you off. If I thought that a casino was not giving me a fair game, I would stop playing there. Try a different casino and maybe your luck will change - this one is clearly not good for your blood pressure!
Gamblingboy01895 and christian94's posts are more concerning as they insinuate that the casino is deliberately stalling on the ID verification process and/or locking accounts without good reason. Without knowing any further detail than what has been posted here I can't draw any conclusions. If there is anyone thinks that they have had their account wrongly locked then please get in contact with me via PM or posting here and I can try to assist you by contacting the management there on your behalf.

Nothing beats feedback from other players about an online casino, be it good or bad. If you have experience with this casino then we would love to hear about it.
