Review of Palace of Chance Casino

Palace of Chance Casino is another in the group owned by the famed Costa Rican based Virtual Casino Group. As is the case with every other casino in this Real Time Gaming powered group, you're likely to find the bonus offers almost too good to resist, that is until you find out about the medieval-speed withdrawal process, and strict enforcement of a lengthy list of confusing terms and conditions.

Warning - late payments, terms and conditions abusers

You might have heard of Palace of Chance Casino due to the no deposit free chips they offer. Well so has every scammer, cheater and multi-accounter online. The end result is that should you win at this casino, you can expect to be thoroughly vetted and to wait a long time to receive your winnings - if you are lucky. They might pay eventually should you have met each and every condition placed on these deals but be aware that if you have violated any of their terms in the slightest way, you can expect to have your winnings voided. This could include something as mundane as using two free chip codes in a row without depositing in between, even though they emailed you the free chip code themselves.

Sure, go ahead and try out the software for a bit of fun using a free chip code, but when it comes time to deposit your money, stay far away - you can do a lot better at other Real Time Gaming casinos with the same set of games such as Aladdin's Gold, Club USA, Slots Plus, or iNetBet.

Palace of Chance Game Options

Palace of Chance Casino has around 80 games available for play in either "fun mode" or real money play. The casino uses the Real Time Gaming software platform, offering good quality graphics, sound, and user interaction. Palace of Chance offers a good sized collection of traditional casino games including five variations of blackjack, baccarat, caribbean stud poker, craps, roulette, three card poker among others. Palace of Chance also offers multiple video poker variants, keno, and over 40 distinct slot machines including three and five reel, progressive and non-progressive games. In short there are more than enough games on offer here to pique your curiosity.

Customer Support Options

Palace of Chance offers customer support via email, phone, and most conveniently live text chat. However the live support tends to be unhelpful and discourteous at times, perhaps jaded by the number of "free chip abusers" they deal with on a daily basis.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Banking options at Palace of Chance Casino are limited in comparison to most other online casinos. You can deposit via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Click2Pay, and you can add wire transfer and cashier's cheque to that list when making a withdrawal.

All i have to say about this casino is POOR customer support. Few days ago, i was tring to find T&C for some free nd bonus code. So i contacted their online chat, only to be diconnected. At 1st i tought it was some conection problem. So i contacted them again, only to be told that im not alowed to play for real money at their casino. My response was that i already knew my country is blacklisted, but that im reviewing that bonus code. So i asked nicely for the T&C again. No answer what so ever was given to me. And when i think better that diconnecting problem i had was actually their doing.... very unprofessional if you ask me.. Cry

I recently used their $150 free bet, to give it a go, and i had a playthrough amount of $4500 dollars, i managed too play through this on blackjack and asked CS if i was able to withdraw, they said that becasue i had been playing blackjack i had to wager $9000. so back on blackjack i was and manged to playthrough this requirment, i then asked CS again if i had met the requirments and was then told that becasue i was from the UK and playing blackjack their was a 120X playthrough requirment which meant in total i had to wager $18000. At this point i thought it was pointless and was going to give up but seeing as i had already reached $700 i thought i'd just up the stakes too $20 a hand and within hours i had met the requirments. I then asked again if i could withdraw and was told yes!!
Despite other users saying CS weren't very helpful, on all occasions i spoke to them via live chat i did find them very helpful and polite.
Anyway i requested a withdrawel for $500 (knowing that after reading the T's and C's that using the free bet the max withdrawal was $300) but tired it anyway, 14 days later, well 14 working days later, nearly 3 weeks!! i got an email saying that i had met the requirments and my withdrawal had been approved for payment into my money bookers account.
Then Another.... 7 working days later the money appeared in my money bookers account.

overall i did find CS very helpfull dispite what other players have said and if you read the terms and conditions properly and adbide by them they will pay out (after a long wait). their payout percentage isn't bad either.
I mean you can't really complain, they are giving you a free bet and ultimatly free money, you can expect to have to adbide by some lenthly terms and conditions and if you do follow these and manage to met the playthrough they will payout. i don't think they deserve the blacklisted status but granted their are better casino's out their to put your money into

Thanks for sharing your experience there Christie. Its good to hear that the support were a little more helpful than usual.

I still do not like the way you were treated. I mean they doubled your wagering requirements twice after seeing you had won and then made you wait over a month for your money. But anyway well done! You should be proud that you successfully cashed out from this casino. Just don't fall into the trap of re-depositing there as next time you might not be so lucky, even if you win.

After all you are in the UK so you can choose from the very best casinos in the world, and the good ones will pay you within hours when you win. There's no need to risk your money in places like Palace of Chance and the rest in the same group.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.
