Review of Onbling Casino
Onbling Casino. Don't ask us what that is supposed to mean (presumably the execrable sounding Bling Casino was already taken). Operator Milore Limited is known for running average casinos with some of the strangest names we have ever heard - Loco Panda Casino being a case in point - and the name "Onbling" certainly fits that criteria. Needless to say, we weren't expecting anything truly special from this casino, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by a couple of things. Read on below for our full review.
Software And Games
Onbling Casino is powered by Real Time Gaming software. This single software handles everything from the front end with the games, all the way to the back end cashier and support functions of the casino. While RTG probably won't win any awards for being the flashiest casino software, it does its job admirably and provides a stable gaming experience that is open to more punters across the world than almost any other casino software.
When directed to Onbling's website, players are given the option to register an account through either the casino's browser based flash application or through a downloadable piece of casino software. While the downloadable casino features a few more games than the browser based option, both are perfectly suitable for casino play. We found our favourite RTG slots on the Onbling platform, with staples such as Aladdin's Wishes and Ronin being among the dozens of slot games available for play.
Table games are another strength of Onbling Casino's software lineup. Traditional games such as three card poker and blackjack are paired with games such as sic-bo and three card rummy. The games are fun to play and once again are quite stable and while they won't win any beauty awards, they kept us engaged while trying our luck.
Slot tournaments at Onbling Casino are something that we were thrilled to see. Not all RTG powered casinos offer slots tournaments, so finding them here was an unexpected positive. On the negative side, players at this casino do not have access to the pooled RTG progressive jackpots network that you see at most other RTG casinos.
Banking And Customer Service
As solid as the gaming selection is at Onbling Casino, it is sadly crippled by its lackluster banking options, no doubt due to the casino management concentrating their efforts on the difficult American market. Both deposit and withdrawal options are limited, and transactions take far too long to process.
On top of all of that, the casino limits withdrawal transactions to a "maximum of $3,000". This means if you hit a big jackpot you will need to submit several withdrawals of "up to $3,000" each. In our experience the reality is that the casino decides what each player's withdrawal limit is on a case by case basis. Oh, and each transaction can take up to 10 business days to be approved. This is downright unacceptable, even for casinos focused on American clientele.
Customer service at the casino is a lot better than the banking system, and we would dare to say it is a bit too eager to assist you. A mere 7 minutes after registering an account at the casino we had a customer service rep trying to get us to take another bonus offer. While the sentiment is nice, we found it a bit annoying that our deposit was barely into the casino before we were being called to put in another.
While eager to get another deposit in, the reps we dealt with were overall very helpful. We engaged them in an instant messaging chat to inquire about a game and were treated to prompt and courteous responses. Overall we were pleased with the casino's support function and are confident that they would be able to help us overcome any problems we have with anything.
Summary
Onbling Casino is an average casino that features a below par banking system. It is really only worth consideration for American players that are prepared to live with the ultra slow withdrawal process.

I keep getting emails from them offering a 350% match on my first deposit. I can only imagine the play through requirements on a match like that. I think I will stay away from this one.

They don't appear to be anything special. I would say you are better off putting that deposit at a casino that you know will treat you right.

Check out my Casino Listings user blog!
IF the playthrough is reasonable and there aren't any funny conditions then you might want to give it a shot. However you can be sure up front that if you withdraw its going to take weeks at a minimum.
If you're not sure about the bonus send it my way and I'll run it through our algorithm and tell you if its any good.

I can't believe how much JUNK I get in my email now. I would say online casino emails are responsible for more than half of what I delete from my inbox each day, lol. I don't want to send it to junk or discontinue, though, because I might meet an offer I cannot refuse. lol
Thanks for the offer, CL-Ed. I will check into play through and other conditions next time they send an email my way and let you know if I decide to even consider.

when i won money from onbling it was the first time i had ever experienced online gambling and winnings. They were aweful. They would not call me. When i would email them with questions concerning the withdrawal they would not respond. Then when they finally did send money over 1 month later, they cut me off of all bonuses, I cant play any of the tourneys, I cant even get the points i earned playing their games. They were rude and very unprofessional. I have been stood in the corner! There are plenty of other sites that are awesome and will not be mean to you if you win. I did love onbling the customers service dept rocks. But dealing with finance was aweful.

Nothing beats feedback from other players about an online casino, be it good or bad. If you have experience with this casino then we would love to hear about it.
