Please stay away from this casino, Manhattan Slots. It hit me when it's part of the Club World Group recommended by many casino websites and online USA players. It was my first time withdrawal of any casinos I joined and they ruined my trust of them. I've been getting run around. I wanted to withdraw a small amount to find out how fast they can pay me. It's so easy to deposit nowadays but it's a struggle to get it approve. I found out they are very disorganized. Should they become one of those rouge operators, please deposit your money somewhere else. I'm positive I can still find the real reputable casinos that would truly take care of their customers.

BTW, I had used a free bonus, made the play through & hit the Bonkers slot. Before I decided to withdraw, I was on live chat and was told it's ok for me to withdraw as long as I deposit my money. When I clicked the verification, the link to send it to was Cashier@ClubWorldCasinos.com so I sent it there last Jan 11, 2012. The cashier at Manhattan slot found my documents on Jan. 19, 2012.
Beforehand, I called support on Jan. 16 (Monday). He told me to send to support instead. He then verified that indeed he got my documents. I also resent my Fax Back Form that same day separately. I was using Adobe SendNow for bigger file that would allow them to open my documents securely within 7 days.
By then I was denied 3 times already. I had chatted, e-mailed & it became more upsetting. I'm also wondering they never sent me the last chat transcript although I requested it.
The Manhattan cashier has e-mailed me back and want me to resend those documents with additional current utility bills & the Fax Back Form because accordingly, I did not send directly to cashier@manhattanslots.com and it must be printed out, then filled in and signed and also the proof of address must be less than 3 months old. It's too late now!
