This casino does not pay i won 5215.00 on dec 25,2011. My account was verifed on Jan 2,2012 today is Jan 10,2012 still have not received the first nickel. i have attched a few of the excuse emails that have been exchanged back and forth. Does anyone know what gaming commision this casino needs to be reported to? This casino didnt have a problem taking my money when i deposited but they sure have every excuse in the world no that its time to pay. I would not deposit any money with this casino as it has turned into a nightmare and makes me never want to play online again with anyone.

Do not recommend it. I guess you are not allowed to go to school and receive an education and gamble at the same time. Customer support told me it would take 14 business days to get my money credited back into my bank account. 14 business days? It's only 20$ for goodness sake. Imagine if you win a little money how long it would take.

Yes they have a "no students" policy. Whatever the reasons behind the rule (my guess is organised advantage play from students at universities), it is their casino and they can disallow whoever they like from playing. In my experience these guys always pay quickly (i.e. within a day or two). However I am not in the USA which makes a huge difference to their ability to transact with you.

Wow. I really do learn something new every day here, and now I have to say it again, lol!

I have to report that Lucky Red paid me promptly, and this was the first casino I was ever to make a withdrawal from. I am a U.S. player. I withdrew $350.00, and my documents were accepted and approved very quickly, and the money was into my bank account within three to five business days.

I know others have had different experiences, but I that is my experience with Lucky Red, and as a U.S. player.

Not to my knowledge - it only seems to be this group. They claim the policy is for reasons of responsible gambling and caring etc but my hunch is that they got hit by a bunch of clever students who creamed them using bonus offers at some stage.

lucky red casino took my 50 dollors bonus away saying that my computer allready had the bonus by a person name pam. There no Pam that lives at my house. I am the only one who uses my computer. The bottom line is Dont give them your money

Got a good 400% bonus for putting money in, Transaction was flawless. Did the 12K play though and tried to take my winnings out. Faxed the paperwork in 3 times and was told "it was to light, to dark, to hot, to cold". No call back or e-mails that paperwork was not approved. When I called the fist time they told me to check my spam folder as they where sure it was sent. Not there, but in my regular e-mail was a new message on a bonus. So I figure they never sent it!
So after 2 weeks of complaining and faxing and calling, they tell me. Oh just e-mail the forms and paperwork to our cashier. What? Why didn't you tell me that 2 weeks ago. So now after all that the cashier says we can approve on the spot. O.K. thanks I am at work and will not use that computer, so now I am waiting another two days for MAYBE the transfer of money back into my account.
Slots where fun, payouts where good to fair, machines not to tight. But what use is the money if you cant get it back.
Read and act accordingly! Very nice customer service on the phone, but the inaction on paperwork is a game killer for me!

Sorry to hear about your experience tarpspod. there are quite a few members on CL that LOVE lucky Red. I didn't have that great of an experince with them but I was REALLY green on online gaming and didn't understand all the rules. I have yet to be back there but Hope777 does very well there so I might try again. OH BTW welcome to the forum. Joking

I went by your rating on Lucky Red, but I should have read the comments before depositing. I've be playing these games for a while and I don't believe l lost my deposits so quickly as I did at this site. Games VERY tight and they are NOT generous with free chips and I don't consider 75% top offer on deposits generous either. No additional free chips allowed. I think I will stick with land based casinos and forget the internet based ones.

I have managed to get verified at every casino I have ever played at but not this one. I have tried for months to get verified giving them every almost every piece of ID I have and making sure they were of the highest picture quality. However, unfortunately this casino uses it as an excuse not to pay you. I can recommend almost every other casino EXCEPT this one. Do NOT play here because they dont pay. If you lose they will take your money without ever asking to verify you; if you win basically you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting verified. Its a scam and I would like to report this casino so that people do get conned the way I did.
