We have read many tales of players being denied legitimate winnings by this casino and indeed, when we checked the site out ourselves, both our two testers had their accounts suspended and winnings confiscated. The reason given was "bonus abuse", even though the players wagered as much as $20 a hand while playing blackjack - no $1 turtle betting, bonus whoring strategies employed.

G.Talentz, your first option should always be to contact the casino and see if you can get an explanation. Their terms state that withdrawals will be held as pending for 48 hours, then take another day for processing. So it should certainly be processed by now, unless they don't count weekends as days. If you feel that you are being stonewalled you can contact the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is the licensing authority for this casino.

Lucky Ace are what is called a "white label" casino that rents a casino operation from the guys at 888.com. If I were you I would play at 888 in future as they have the exact same games, but are far more trusted, financially stable and responsible than the people running this casino.
