Review of Loco Panda Casino

Loco Panda Casino is one of the more unique names we have come across while working in this industry. A visit to the casino's website shows off colourful graphics and a logo sporting a panda eating a bamboo shoot. After hearing the name, I was half expecting a kung-fu panda, or a panda with a six-shooter, or something well, "loco". And after playing here for a while I am still confused as to why or exactly what about the panda is crazy. Anyway, read on to see if it lives up to the zany connotations created by its special name.

Software And Games

Loco Panda is powered by RTG software, and it offers all the features you would expect to find at any RTG casino. Loco Panda's website features attractive, flashy, and colourful graphics, but this is not backed up by the casino software which looks quite plain and dated in comparison with some of the industry leading RTG casinos.

The games themselves are colourful and offer plenty of variety to punters. From three card poker to sic bo, to slots, keno and scratch cards, this casino has it all, which is a testament to the RTG software. Slots are definitely the strong point at all RTG casinos and Loco Panda is no exception, with loads to choose from, and each offering its own unique random jackpot. A disappointing note is that the million dollar plus networked progressive jackpots that you see at most RTG casino are not offered here.

Banking and Support

As is to be expected for a casino dealing with U.S. customers, the banking options are quite limited. The deposit options include credit cards, Neteller, Ukash, Moneybookers, and EcoCard, and you can withdraw via Wire Transfer or Check.

The worst thing about this casino's banking system by far is the ten business day withdrawal processing time. This is not acceptable, as many casinos that have more banking options are able to get punters their funds within 1-2 business days. When you consider that there is a minimum withdrawal of $100 and a maximum of $3,000 you can see that banking here could potentially be a slow and tedious process, especially if you are trying to take out a large amount. Such is the price of doing business with U.S. customers these days - caveat emptor if you decide to play here.

Customer service is offered through instant messaging, email or telephone. When we opened the casino for the first time a chat window opened where a representative tried to help us in getting a 500% bonus. The rep was helpful, responded quickly, and was not pushy or too salesy. In fact, quite a lot of other casinos could learn a thing or two from the support rep we spoke to. Thumbs up to the Loco Panda people in this respect.

Summary

Despite the madcap name, Loco Panda is merely a run of the mill RTG casino. The games are just as good as all the other RTG casinos, but the Crazy Panda is let down by slow withdrawal processing and a lack of networked progressive games. Experienced U.S. players on the look out for a juicy slots bonus might like what they see here but it is difficult for us to recommend this casino to anyone else.

bad casino. dosent work when you want to play it without downloading.. and when I ask em to cancel my account they say it can't be done. I have to send emails bla bla bla... Online support is worst I have ever seen. Would not recomend anybody to try it out. Bad software. Lucky me I did not deposit anything.

I actually started off with a very good reputation with both sides with them. Please note this was initially. Won lots of money from them $1600.00 was the highest and this is only within 6 months. However, after i started winning they restricted my account to not allow me to use my comps, and most recently their slts are changing and skipping to the point where I bet $1.00 and out of 100 spins all spins lose. So something up. Also, their customer service sucks. Originally I had someone named Anna (ya i know), really nice when questions about deposits. The minute i sent email complaints, no response at all from finance or her, 3 months now and they ignore all my emails. Definitely looking to move on after this payout.

Thanks for the info dreamguardian. I was considering playing here but I guess given your experience I will stay away. Good luck with your payout and I hope you already have it in hand. Joking
