Review of Linesmaker Casino

Linesmaker Casino has been in operation for over a decade and has earned a reputation for being, well how can we say this without being too blunt ... ordinary. One of a multitude of sites operated by Domain Holdings Ltd (formerly Jassy Sports Events Ltd), the site is known for its limited payment options and slow withdrawal processing.

Blacklisted - slow and non payment

The deposit options available at Linesmaker are limited - you have a choice of credit card or cash transfer, either online or over the phone. Likewise, Linesmaker only has two withdrawal options - direct to a US bank checking account using eCheck, or a cashier's check sent by mail.

An eCheck may take up to 10 days to deliver and you will need to send them a voided copy of a check from the account to verify the account details. A cashier's check is even slower - expect to wait 2-3 weeks or so to receive your money. If you have deposited by credit card Linesmaker will attempt to credit back any withdrawal amount up to the amount you deposited back to the credit card, with the balance being mailed to you by check.

Also please be aware that multiple withdrawals made in the same month attract a $40 fee for each withdrawal after the first!

A cynical person might suggest that Linesmaker wants to make it as difficult, slow, and annoying as possible for you to withdraw your money. Couple this with widespread reports of players complaining of not being paid by these guys and that is enough to have them on our blacklist.

Customer Support

You can reach the customer support staff of Linesmaker Casino in a variety of ways. You can reach them through email, live chat, or telephone. These should be enough to cater to your need.

My advice for those of you still havent opened account over linesmaker is STAY AWAY from it.I deposited 200$ and got 40$ of sign up bonus. An extra 40$ just for downloading i didnt get.But thats not the issue , the problem was after meeting the WR( a went little over WR), i decided to withdraw my deposit plus winnings( i won 40$).Then i realized that only way to withdraw money is by using bank transfer or they can send you an check.Since i have deposited by my credit card i sent email to their customer support asking if they could send me money directly to my credit card.Since there was no response, i emailed them again.Instead of answering me ,next time i logged in , i found my account DISABLED.I couldnt believe. So i actually called their customer support, only to be told to call again in few hours, which i did.The operator told me that i have to send scanned pics of my passport, front and back side of my credit c., and credit c. statement. They didnt tell me why my account was frozen. So i sent the asked documents, only not to be answered again.i have sent it again, and they said i have to resend c.c. statement in jpeg format, which i did.Eventually i received email saying my account is still to be frozen, but they did return my deposit to credit card, with no winnings. No explanation what so ever was given to me.All this charade had cost me nearly a month of one way " correspondence" with their customer support, and a few thousand nerves. So my advice is STAY AWAY from linesmaker

Interesting story Zuga. I am glad to hear you at least got your deposit back eventually, and although they did not pay your winnings, at least it was only $40 you missed out on. Still it must have been a horrible experience for you.

Linesmaker do have some very restrictive banking options, which shouldn't be too much of a problem for US players, but for the rest of us, it certainly isn't a very appealing service.

One lesson to be learnt here is always check the casino terms and rules before depositing and playing, just to be sure. I imagine you got quite a surprise when you found out Linesmaker only issued check payments only after you deposited and played there.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.

Thats right, i was badly surprised when i saw their withdrawal options. And i admit not checking T&C was my fault.

But at the same time their way of conducting business is unprofessional, their CS was just horrible, not answering my emails for days, and the phone service is even worst. I understand that all casinos, have lots of security procedures and check ups, but whats with the " customer is always right" ?

All in all, water under the bridge... : -)

STAY FAR AWAY! They do NOT pay off. They will give you the run around for months and no one answers the phones!
